Το άρωμα που παρήγγειλα και παρέλαβα είναι το DIOR J'ADORE EAU DE PARFUM 30ML. Διαπίστωσα άμεσα ότι το άρωμα ΔΕΝ είναι γνήσιο, διότι δεν μυρίζει, καθώς επίσης δεν είχε καθόλου διάρκεια. Να αναφέρω εδώ ότι χρησιμοποιώ αυτό το άρωμα 10 χρόνια τώρα οπότε είμαι σε θέση να το γνωρίζω πολύ καλά. Έκανα αίτημα επιστροφής χρημάτων ή έστω να γίνει αντικατάσταση με νέο. Δεν ήταν διατεθειμένο το κατάστημα να ικανοποίηση κάποιο από τα παραπάνω αιτήματα μου, ώστε να δώσει λύσει στο πρόβλημα μου. Εννοείται ότι βρίσκανε συνεχώς ένα κάρο δικαιολογίες, για να δικαιολογήσουν τα αδικαιολόγητα. Φτάνει κανείς να διαβάσει με προσοχή τα σχόλια που έχουν αφήσει κι άλλοι σαν εμένα που εξαπατήθηκαν, αφού μας πουλήσανε μαϊμούδες. Προφανώς είναι η πρώτη και τελευταία φορά που αγοράζω κάτι από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. My evaluation concerns the purchase of a branded perfume from the Beautycom store - Follow The Beauty SA. The perfume I ordered and received is DIOR J'ADORE EAU DE PARFUM 30ML. I immediately realized that the perfume is NOT genuine, because it does not smell, as well as it did not last at all. Let me mention here that I have been using this perfume for 10 years now so I am able to know it very well. I made a request for a refund or even a replacement with a new one. The store was not prepared to satisfy any of my above requests in order to provide a solution to my problem. Of course, they were constantly finding a cart of excuses to justify the unjustified. It is enough to read carefully the comments left by others like me who were deceived, after they sold us monkeys. This is probably the first and last time I buy something from this store.

Σε γενικές γραμμές είμαι ευχαριστημένος,αλλά δεν βάζω 5 αστέρια γιατί για μια ακόμα φορά το site δεν είναι σωστά ενημερωμένο ως προς το απόθεμα ενός προϊόντος! Παρήγγειλα και ενημερώθηκα την επόμενη ημέρα με mail ότι το προϊόν έχει ξεστοκαρει,και δυστυχώς δεν ήταν η πρώτη παραγγελία που μου έχει συμβεί αυτό.... Το ποσό μου πιστώθηκε αλλά πλέον θα παραγγέλνω μόνο κατόπιν επικοινωνίας αν το προϊόν που επιθυμώ είναι διαθέσιμο... Για αυτούς πάντως που γκρινιάζουν μια χαρά επικοινώνησα με το τηλέφωνο που αναγράφεται στο site! Because I read whatever it is .... The perfumes are authentic! I ordered and was informed the next day by mail that the product has been unloaded, and unfortunately this was not the first order that has happened to me .... My amount was credited but now I will order only after contact if the product I want is available ... However, for those who complain, I contacted the phone number listed on the site!

Σε επικοινωνία μου μαζί τους με ενημέρωσαν άμεσα ότι θα μου ξανά στείλουν καινούργιο, και πράγματι την επόμενη μέρα το είχα παραλάβει. Επικοινώνησαν τηλεφωνικά μαζί μου για το αν παρέλαβα το προϊόν κι αν είμαι ευχαριστημενη. Μπράβο σας παιδιά συνεχίστε έτσι.. I have only positive comments to say about this shop. Flawless and prompt service! I received the order in which a product was broken. When I contacted them, they immediately informed me that they would send me a new one again, and indeed the next day I received it. They contacted me by phone about whether I received the product and if I am happy. Well done guys, keep it up ..
