Εξυπηρετηθηκαμε απο την Γιαννα, ενα μεγαλο ευχαριστω για την τεραστια χαρα που πηραν τα παιδια μας δειχνοντας τους τι πηραμε στο εγγονι μας! A few words but important for this store in Argyroupoli! Quality, prompt delivery, proper professionalism, great prices! We were served by Gianna, a big thank you for the huge joy that our children got by showing them what we got to our grandson!

P	Panagiotis Christou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι υπάλληλοι υποσχέθηκαν ότι θα γίνει παράδοση πολύ νωρίτερα από τα υπόλοιπα μαγαζιά που πήραμε προσφορές και τους εμπιστευτηκαμε. Τελικά ήρθαν μετά από 15 μέρες όλως στις προσφορές όλων των άλλων μαγαζιων και αυτό μετά από συνεχόμενα τηλέφωνα μας. Ενώ μας έλεγαν ότι θα μας πάρουν πίσω δεν έπαιρναν ποτέ και επίσης όταν τους παίρναμε εμείς έλεγαν 'μην αγχώνεστε θα έρθουν αφού σε ένα μήνα είναι η γέννηση'. Εμείς όμως τα αγοράσαμε νωρίτερα για να τα δοκιμάσουμε όχι να περιμένουμε τελευταία στιγμή. Κατά την παράδοση επίσης έλειπε ένα κομμάτι που είχα παραγγελει (όλη η παραγγελία ήταν προπληρωμένη και ούτε καν το έφεραν πήγαμε, εμείς κι το πήραμε. Τέλος ένα λίκνο είχε κόλλα πάνω και τους πήρα τηλέφωνο Σάββατο απόγευμα και μου λένε σας παίρνουμε Δευτέρα πρωί.. Ακόμα περιμένω τηλέφωνο... The employees promised that there would be a delivery much earlier than the other stores where we received offers and trusted them. Finally, after 15 days, they came to the offers of all the other stores, and this after our continuous phone calls. While they told us that they would take us back they never took us and also when we took them we said 'do not worry they will come since in a month is the birth'. But we bought them earlier to try them, not to wait until the last minute. During the delivery, a piece that I had ordered was also missing (the whole order was prepaid and they did not even bring it, we went, we got it too. Finally, a cradle had glue on it and I called them on Saturday afternoon and they told me we would pick it up on Monday morning. I am waiting for a phone call...

Σε περίπτωση που θελήσεις κάποια παραγγελία, η επικοινωνία είναι πολύ εύκολη και υπάρχει άμεση ανταπόκριση. Quality is guaranteed. They know their products very well, so depending on your needs they will lead you to exactly what you need. In case you want an order, communication is very easy and there is an immediate response.
S	STELIOS KANNOS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκεφθηκαμε το κατάστημα πρώτη φορά για αγορά καθίσματος αυτοκινήτου αφού πρώτα είχαμε κάνει έρευνα και σε αντίστοιχες γνωστές αλυσίδες. Οι κοπέλες ευγενέστες και πολύ πρόθυμες να μας εξυπηρετήσουν με αρκετή υπομονή για να μας δώσουν αρκετές πληροφορίες. Ξαναπήγαμε άλλες δύο φορές τις επόμενες μέρες μέχρι να καταλήξουμε και μας εξυπηρέτησε ο υπεύθυνος. Ο άνθρωπος δέχτηκε αρκετές εξειδικευμένες ερωτήσεις και με σπάνια υπομονή φρόντισε να μας καλύψει σε όλες ενώ μας βοήθησε να επιλέξουμε το κατάλληλο για εμάς. Στο τέλος μας το εγκατέστησε στο αυτοκίνητο και μας βοήθησε στην πρώτη δοκιμή με το παιδί. Ευχάριστο κλίμα, εξαιρετικοί άνθρωποι και πολύ καλές οι τιμές στα προϊόντα τους. Πραγματικά μας κέρδισαν! Σίγουρα την επόμενη φορά θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή. We visited the store for the first time to buy a car seat after we had first done research in corresponding well-known chains. The girls are polite and very willing to serve us with enough patience to give us enough information. We went again two more times in the following days until we arrived and the person in charge served us. The man accepted several specialized questions and with rare patience took care to cover us all while helping us choose the right one for us. In the end he installed it in the car and helped us in the first test with the child. Pleasant atmosphere, great people and very good prices on their products. They really beat us! It will definitely be our first choice next time.

Faulty bedsheets, faulty baby chair, wrong size baby clothes, useless pillows, then I asked them for towels with motive for 4year old and they sold me robes for 2 year old. Also gave me wrong informations about few products just so I end up buying it. They will speak over you, tell you whatever you want to hear, rush you and charge you crazy money for faulty or incorrect stuff. The only good purchase for us was the bed and some detergents that I wasn't able to find anywhere else. Incredible how some people have so much evil and greed in them they are not ashamed to rob hard working people and their families and pretend to have a friend in them!
A	Anh Tuyet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst store. I bought two pyjamas to my baby, but it was to small. I still had the price tag on and the recite. They didn’t have much to choose and I didn’t get a chance to look. The old lady with red hair was sooo rude and mean and just annoying. When we finally found clothes I wanted, then it was dirty. The old lady tried to clean it with a wet tissue... then I said I wanted the money back.. suddenly she didn’t understand me at all. I called my Greek friend to explain and translate to her, but then she said that BEBE JOU stores don’t give their customer money back. What a bad service.
