(Απ)άνθρωποι που στην έκτακτη ανάγκη, δεν θέλησαν να εξυπηρετήσουν έναν γείτονα, λόγω απώλειας συνταγής (την οποία θα είχαν το απόγευμα και ως εγγύηση, τους πρότεινε να αφήσω την ταυτότητά μου)! Κρίμα, γιατί δεν έχουν συνειδητοποιήσει τη σημαντικότητα της υπηρεσίας τους... Away from here !! Εύγε ! Serious p, professional, well informed in the pharmacology market in what is new, care, service and interest make the difference to me as a patient! Well done!
M	Marilena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 λεπτά με άφησαν σε τηλεφωνική αναμονή για να παραγγείλω ένα φάρμακο και με ξέχασαν εκεί να περιμένω ακούγοντας τους να λένε πως τους πρήζουν οι πελάτες. Στο τέλος το κλείσανε στη μούρη μου. Κάντε τη δουλειά σας σωστά κυρίες μου και μετά κρίνετε τον κόσμο, ντροπή! They left me on the phone waiting for 10 minutes to order a medicine and they forgot to wait there listening to them say that their customers swell up. In the end they closed it on my berry. Αμ, δεν η απάντηση όταν ζήτησα πολύ ευγενικά σχεδόν παρακαλεσα ήταν "Όχι δεν μπορώ έρχεται αυτοκίνητο να με πάρει να πάω σπίτι και το τεστ αργεί 15 λεπτά δεν γίνεται δεν μπορώ" Η συγκεκριμένη κυρία μένει στη πολυκατοικία από πάνω από το φαρμακείο. Ενώ οι τιμές της αγοράς έχουν διαμορφωθεί στα 4-5€ βρίσκετε ευκαιρία στην εφημερία και γδέρνετε τον κόσμο που περιμένει σε ουρες μην έχοντας εναλλακτική χρεωνοντας τους 8€. Νόμιμο εδώ που ζούμε μεν… ανήθικο δε. You are committing profiteering in rapid tests. While the market prices have been set at 4-5 € you find an opportunity on duty and you skin the people who are waiting in queues having no alternative by charging them 8 €. Legal here we live but immoral.
