Όποιος ξέρει από καλό ΑΑΑ μέλι αναγνωρίζει αμέσως την εξαιρετική ποιότητά του πριν δοκιμάσει πρώτον από την παχυά ρευστότητα και δεύτερον από την κρυστάλλωσή του. Έχει πλούσια γεύση και αρώματα και με κέρδισε από τη πρώτη κουταλιά. Θα πάρω και τις υπόλοιπες ποικιλίες να τις δοκιμάσω γιατί σίγουρα θα είναι κορυφή και αυτές καθώς και ο βασιλικός πολτός.
