★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενής και απρόθυμος. Δεν προσπαθεί να εξυπηρετήσει τον πελάτη. Έχει το μονοπώλιο στο είδος του και για αυτό δουλεύει όσο δουλεύει. Όποιον έχω ρωτήσει, δεν έχει να πει έναν καλό λόγο για το κατάστημα αυτό.
 Rude and reluctant. It does not try to serve the customer. It has the monopoly of its kind and that is why it works as long as it works. Anyone I have asked does not have a good reason to say about this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο κύριος είναι αρνητικός, επιθετικός κ επικίνδυνος γισ να εκπροσωπεί μεγάλες εταιρείες σαν επίσημο service. Αρνείται να κάνει απλά τα βασικά για να ελέγξει την συσκευή η οποία χάλασε πχ ένα σίδερο ατμού.
The boss is negative, aggressive and dangerous enough to represent big companies as an official service. He refuses to simply do the basics to control the device that has broken down eg a steam iron.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενής, προσβάλει, δεν έχει ιδέα από τεχνικής πλευράς για κανένα αντικείμενο που επισκευάζει...μάλλον καταστρέφει...δεν μπορώ να πιστέψω ότι έχει όλες τις αντιπροσωπείες...πρέπει να γίνει κάτι με αυτόν τον άνθρωπο επιτέλους.
Agenis, offends, has no technical idea for any object he repairs ... rather destroys ... I can not believe that he has all the representations ... something must be done with this man at last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενέστατος, επιθετικός, αρνητικός στο να επιλύσει οποιαδήποτε βλάβη συσκευής. Με επιθετικό τρόπο μας ενημέρωσε πως δε δεχόταν εγγύηση ατμοσίδερου , αγορασμένο μόνο εντός 6 μηνών το οποίο παρουσίασε βλάβη λόγω αλάτων. Το κόστος , μας είπε, θα είναι επιβάρυνση του πελάτη Αφού πρώτα το σίδερο παραμείνει για 1 μήνα τουλάχιστον στην αντιπροσωπεία.
Τελικά, το σίδερο δεν είχε βλάβη Αλλά το λύσαμε μόνοι μας διαβάζοντας τα ψιλά γράμματα των οδηγιών.
Κάτι πολύ που ο ίδιος αρνήθηκε να δει.
Very rude, aggressive, negative in resolving any device damage. He aggressively informed us that he did not accept a steam iron warranty, bought only within 6 months which showed damage due to salts. The cost, he told us, will be a burden on the customer. After the iron stays for at least 1 month in the dealership.
In the end, the iron was not damaged. But we solved it ourselves by reading the fine print of the instructions.
Something he himself refused to see.
