Das Haus ist wunderschön. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eignes Bad. Modern und sehr sauber. Küche ist top. Besonders super der Pool. Macht Riesenspass!!! Die Umgebung ist grün. Das Haus steht in einem schönen Garten. Privatsphäre ist vorhanden. Ab nächsten Jahr gehört ein 2. Haus in der gleichen Gartenanlage dazu mit eigenem Pool. 6 Minuten bis zum Strand von Alykes, 15 Minuten bis nach Zakynthos. Die Lage ist zentral. Die Bilder im Inserat stimmen mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Poolreinigung erfolgt laufend. Immer gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

We spent a week in the villa Fioroula. Everything was perfekt, the villa is tastefully furnished and clean. We used the private pool a lot. The location is also excellent, 5 min. by car to Alykes. At the night there was absolute silence. The owner Ioannis gave us a lot of useful information and always responded quickly to our questions. Cosmetics incl. sunscreens were a nice bonus on top. We can highly recommend this villa.

We really enjoyed the villa Irene! Cozy and elegant, located in the countryside, it has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Thank you, Yiannis, for all your support in choosing the best beaches and restaurants around the island.

We had a lovely stay in Villa Fioroula+Villa Irene! With two bedrooms, with a bathroom each, it was a perfect accommodation for us (2 couples) for 10 days in total. Being close to the beaches around, as well as close to Zante town and any kind or restaurants, the location of the villas was perfect for us since it was also a very quiet area itself. We enjoyed the lovely pool area as much as the other amenities of the very clean house (comfy beds, mosquito blends, ACs, well equipped kitchen etc). Ioannis was a very kind host, providing us with a huge list of recommendations of any kind (restaurants, wineries, boat rentals, etc.) and the house keeper Nertila was also available for any kind of requests/questions even on short notice. We stayed in both villas 4&5 nights and would prefer Villa Fioroula due to the nice outside kitchen area and the fresh grapes we could collect :-) Thanks a lot for the great stay, we enjoyed it a lot and will come back in future!

We had a fantastic stay in Bella Zante Villa Fioroula. The property is immaculate and well equipped, located in peaceful and quiet dead-end small county road with no traffic. The house is a traditional cottage very well renovated keeping its authentic character: open wooden interior roof, old-stone floor, wooden windows, stylish vintage furniture. The outdoor marble kitchen nearby the pool is picturable and very convenient. The pool is surrounded by beautiful nature. Villa Fioroula is naturally separated from the adjacent second villa and there is enough privacy. We could not have asked for it to have been in a lovelier setting - rolling hills, trees and flowers. Being quite central, it is well located for exploring both the south and north end of the island and it is only a 10-minute drive from the beaches. The local bakery was convenient for bread, baklavas and homemade mini ice creams which we stopped in for daily on our way back from the beach. The housekeeper is very cheerful and tidy. Everything is super well maintained, tiptop clean and very lovingly coordinated. We really lacked for nothing. The owners were always available and very helpful. We have eaten super in all the restaurants recommended from the owners, having the opportunity to taste a big range the Zakynthian cuisine. We highly recommend the property and for sure we will come back! Thanks

My dream house!! This is the best house I 'very ever been in Zakynthos!! We enjoyed a week as guests,a real authentic, warm Greek hospitality !! Can't wait to return to the beautiful olive trees garden,shaded outdoor, family dinning place and so close to the beach with baby turtles!Thank you from my heart????
