Immediate fast and excellent service. A big kiss to Mr. Tsoukalas as well. Absolutely professional and right in his work. I wish it was like that everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε αμάξι που αγοράστηκε από το stock center Ν.Ερυθραίας βγήκε ζημιά σε διάστημα 10 μηνών ύψους 15% τιμής αγοράς η οποία σύμφωνα με τον αρμόδιο υπάλληλο της εταιρείας δεν καλυπτόταν από την διαφημιζόμενη εγγύηση καλησ Λειτουργίας. Αφού προσπάθησα να βρω μια άκρη μιλωντας με διάφορους υπαλλήλους της εταιρείας εστειλα αίτημα στην εταιρεία για εξαγορά του αυτοκινήτου και επιβάρυνση μου μόνο με το κόστος χρήσης του διαστήματος που το είχα .
Όλο αυτό το διαστημα το αυτοκίνητο της Βελμαρ ήταν ακινητοποιημένο με αποτέλεσμα να μου δημιουργήσουν σοβαρα προσωπικά και επαγγελματικά προβληματα καθώς το αυτοκίνητο είναι εργαλείο εργασίας και μετακίνησης ανθρώπων με σοβαρα θεματα υγειας. Το τελικό αποτέλεσμα μετά από 3 μήνες απίστευτης ταλαιπωρίας από την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία ήταν να μου απαντήσουν προφορικά σε ένα γραπτό αίτημα πελατη (χωρίς εξουσιοδοτημένη υπογραφή σε επίσημο έγγραφο της εταιρείας) ότι η εταιρεία προτείνει την εξαγορά του αυτοκινήτου στο 70% της αρχικής τιμής σε διάστημα 10 μηνών !!!!
Συμπέρασμα χειριστή εμπειρία πελατη , ανύπαρκτο customer care , έλλειψη business ethics. Προτείνεται Αγορά μεταχειρισμένου μόνο από Ιδιώτες .
A car purchased from the stock center of N. Erythrea was damaged within 10 months amounting to 15% of the purchase price, which according to the competent employee of the company was not covered by the advertised guarantee of good operation. After trying to find an edge talking to various employees of the company I sent a request to the company to buy the car and charge me only with the cost of using the space I had.
All this time Velmar's car was immobilized resulting in serious personal and professional problems for me as the car is a tool for working and moving people with serious health issues. The end result after 3 months of incredible suffering from this company was to respond orally to a written customer request (without authorized signature in an official document of the company) that the company proposes to buy the car at 70% of the original price within 10 months !!!!
Conclusion customer experience, non-existent customer care, lack of business ethics. It is recommended to buy a used one only from Individuals.
