Γ	Γιωργος Σταυρου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκλεισα ραντεβού την ημέρα και ώρα που με εξυπηρετούσε,έκανα την εξέταση μου άμεσα με 10 λεπτά αναμονή,απολύτως λογικός χρόνος και επειδή μένω εκτός Λαμίας τα αποτελέσματα μου εστάλησαν μέσω e-mail ύστερα από αίτηση μου και το προσωπικό συνεργάσιμο και ευγενέστατο!! I made an appointment on the day and time that served me, I did my exam immediately with a 10 minute wait, absolutely reasonable time and because I live outside Lamia my results were sent via e-mail after my request and the staff cooperative and polite !!

Β	ΒΑΓΙΑ ΤΣΙΓΑΡΙΔΑ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αυτό το μοναδικό αστεράκι γιατί δεν μπορώ να βάλω μηδέν για τις κοπέλες του υπογείου στη γραμματεία που πρέπει να είναι ευγενικές και να δίνουν σαφείς πληροφορίες για την αναμονή των πελατών! Το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό όπως του 2ου ορόφου άψογο και το προσωπικό του μαγνητικού ευγενέστατο και ιδιαίτερα ο κύριος με το κοτσιδακι! Δυστυχώς σας επισκίασε η εξυπηρέτηση του υπογείου! This unique star because I can not put zero for the girls of the basement in the secretariat who must be polite and give clear information about the waiting of customers! J	John Kopanelos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μένω εκτός Λαμίας, είχα κατέβει για εξέταση στο ιατρείο της οδού Έσλιν και ενώ είχαν κλείσει οι θέσεις, έγινε ό,τι ήταν ανθρωπίνως δυνατόν ώστε να εξυπηρετηθώ άμεσα. Σας ευχαριστούμε θερμά!! I live outside Lamia, I had come down for an examination at the doctor's office on Eslin Street and while the seats were closed, everything humanly possible was done so that I could be served immediately. Thank you very much !!

Μπορούσαν τουλάχιστον να με πάρουν ένα τηλέφωνο (μένω σε άλλη πόλη) ή έστω να ζητήσουν ένα συγγνώμη.τιποτα από τα δύο. Αρκετά αγενής η κυρία στην εξυπηρέτηση.... I made an appointment but ... when I went the doctor was missing. They could at least call me (I live in another city) or even apologize. Neither. Pretty rude lady in service ....
Β	ΒΑΣΙΛΙΚΗ ΧΑΣΝΑΦΕΡΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η αναμονή και η ουρά για μια ακτινογραφία ξεπέρασε κάθε προηγούμενο..Δεν κατάλαβα ποτέ γιατί δεν επενδύουν σε περισσότερο προσωπικό. Οι κύριες στην υποδοχή και εξυπηρέτηση ,παντοτε οσες φορες εχω παει εκεί ( Δεν αναφέρομαι στην πολυ καλη γιατρο που κανει τις μαστογραφιες) ειναι επιεικως απαράδεκτες , αγενείς , απότομες και ειρωνικές ακόμα και σε υπερήλικες αδύναμους ανθρώπους, στους οποίους ζητούσαν να κατέβουν 2 ορόφους κάτω έξω στο πεζοδρόμιο να περιμένουν όση ώρα-που ήταν πάρα πολύ μεγάλη αναμονή- μέχρι να τους φωνάξουν . Και αυτό γιατί το ιατρείο δεν διαθέτει χώρο ,μόνο 2 καναπέδες που κρατούσαν άδειους.. Ο κύριος στις ακτινογραφίες το αντίθετο ακριβώς... χαμογελαστός, εξυπηρετικότατος, ευγενέστατος και καλοσυνάτος . Δεν ξέρω γιατί ο κος Τάσος Μπελτεγρης εξαιρετικής γιατρός και άνθρωπος διατηρεί αυτή την παρακμή στο ιατρείο του ... The wait and the queue for an x-ray surpassed all previous ones..I never understood why they do not invest in more staff. The main ones in the reception and service, always how many times I have been there (I am not referring to the very good doctor who does the mammograms) are indulgently unacceptable, rude, abrupt and ironic even to elderly weak people, who were asked to go down 2 floors on the sidewalk to wait as long as - which was too long a wait - until they were shouted at. And this is because the doctor's office does not have space, only 2 sofas that were empty .. The gentleman on the X-rays did the exact opposite ... smiling, very helpful, very kind and kind. I do not know why Mr. Tassos Beltegris, an excellent doctor and man, maintains this decline in his office ...
