Very good service courtesy..I have a bmw e36 and I put a spoiler in the trunk so it was heavy and the mom shock absorbers could not hold it ... the store owner changed me 3 different pairs and finally we found the right one for the weight of the trunk and in front price..the usual unreservedly!

Although I went with a sample for the tire I needed, I was given the wrong size. Following the company's response, I never agreed to get a similar tire that would break up my car door. I brought a 1.5 cm sample and they sold me a 3 cm thick tire! So the rating should be one star (and neither), because there was neither professionalism nor honesty. After all, you did not give anything away, you were paid and in fact you are selling expensively. Sorry we made a mistake, it is appreciated.

Initially the service was very good (not to say impeccable and I am considered "swamp"! Although it was!) And due to some Special features of my car (large spoiler and shelf with speakers…!) I clearly could not choose the "mom" pressures! The same goes for the hood where I have installed shock absorbers by myself (in the past, but without writing power on it!), While it normally has a rod! The reason for Octavia RS -2001. The overall communication was really excellent, with full understanding and immediate understanding of what I was asking for. The application of the specific shock absorbers was very easy and the only attention that one must pay is to place the cylinder from the top, so that the mechanism that slows down the opening works properly so that it does not kick in the terminal positions !! (After that you get it for this !!) I on the hood, due to my own arrangements of course, placed them upside down, with the roller down, and it was clear that this detail is important, because the deceleration mechanism in the opening did not work (Due to reverse mounting!). So whoever saw something like this and considered it a mistake, has probably done it himself !!! All the above were done with immediate shipment from Athens to Thessaloniki! I really had them the next day and placed them myself in the afternoon!
