Το σωστό μέρος για λάτρες του κρέατος, ωστόσο θα χάσετε μια απ τις μεγαλύτερες απολαύσεις αν δε δοκιμάσετε μπακαλιάρο σκορδαλιά! Care in everything! Fresh products with honesty and love in cooking! Fast service! The right place for meat lovers, however you will miss one of the greatest pleasures if you do not try garlic cod!

Παράδοση κι επαγγελματισμός συνιστούν ένα δίπολο που δύσκολα θα σε αποτρέψει από το να το προτείνεις ως κορυφαία επιλογή στο ζωηρό κέντρο της όμορφης πόλης! Excellent case in the heart of the city, with quality appetizers and smiling service! Δεν έχω ξαναφάει ΠΟΤΕ μέχρι σκασμού και να συνεχίζω να τρώω γιατί δεν αντέχω να αφήσω τέτοιες γεύσεις στο πιάτο!!! Το βρήκαμε τυχαία μέσω της Google - μέναμε στην Αιανή Κοζάνης - και πετύχαμε πρωτοχρονιάτικο δείπνο. Υπέροχος στολισμός,οικείος,service,chef,ιδιοκτήτες κ α τ α π λ η κ τ ι κ ο ι έναν προς ένα!!! Μας περιποιήθηκαν παρόλο τις περίεργες συνθήκες εν μέσω covid και το θεωρώ μακράν το καλύτερο εστιατόριο που έχω επισκεφτεί!!! Πένες 4 τυριά, μερίδα μπιφτέκι, μερίδα καλαμάρι ψητό (δεν έχω λόγια και είμαι και νησιωτισσα..),ψητή μελιτζάνα με φέτα, ψητά λαχανικά ενώ συστήνω μανούρι με φύλλο κρούστας,δεν έχετε ξαναγευτεί κάτι τέτοιο ???- πατάτες φρέσκιες και στρογγυλό κομμένες όπως και στη Σάμο. Όλα υπέροχα!Το σερβίρισμα δε των πιάτων είναι ιεροτελεστία:ξεχωριστά το ξίδι,το λαδολέμονο...ο βοηθός σεφ να συνοδεύει το service να σιγουρευτεί ότι είμαστε ικανοποιημένοι!!!Και ναι, μένω έκπληκτη γιατί πλέον σπανίζουν οι εστιάτορες που πραγματικά 'νοιάζονται' για τον πελάτη τους και τους αξίζουν χίλια συγχαρητήρια!!! Να παίρνουν και μαθήματα 'μερικοί μερικοί?' Δεν πρόλαβα να φωτογραφίσω το περιποιημένο σερβίρισμα με τα γλυκά στο τέλος γιατί πέσαμε με τα μούτρα!!! Ξέρετε τι είναι να πίνεις σόδα να γευτείς να συνεχίσεις;;;Το καλό σας το άφησα για τέλος: στο μπάνιο σας περιμένει μια έκπληξη ??? Σας ευχαριστούμε ολόψυχα για την υπέροχη αυτή βραδιά παραμονής Πρωτοχρονιάς και σας εύχομαι πάντα καλές δουλειές!!! Τυχεροί οι πελάτες σας ????,ένα πραγματικά περιποιημένο εστιατόριο που αν δεν το επισκεφτείτε έχετε χάσει αληθινές στιγμές ευτυχίας ????? I really do not know where to start ... I have NEVER eaten again until I run out and continue to eat because I can not bear to leave such flavors on the plate !!! We found it by chance through Google - we lived in Aiani Kozani - and we had a New Year's dinner. Wonderful decoration, intimate, service, chef, owners and amazing one by one !!! We were treated despite the strange conditions in the middle of covid and I consider it by far the best restaurant I have visited !!! Penne 4 cheeses, a portion of burger, a portion of grilled squid (I have no words and I am also an islander ..), grilled eggplant with feta cheese, grilled vegetables while I recommend manouri with crust, you have never tasted anything like this ???- fresh and round potatoes as in Samos. Everything is wonderful! The serving of the dishes is a ritual: separately the vinegar, the lemon oil ... the assistant chef to accompany the service to make sure that we are satisfied !!! And yes, I am surprised because now there are few restaurants that really 'care' for their customer and they deserve a thousand congratulations !!! To take lessons 'some some?' I did not manage to photograph the manicured serving of sweets at the end because we fell on our faces !!! Do you know what it's like to drink soda to taste to continue ??? I left you for good: in the bathroom a surprise awaits you ??? Thank you wholeheartedly for this wonderful New Year's Eve and I always wish you good work !!! Lucky your customers ????, a really well-groomed restaurant that if you do not visit you have lost real moments of happiness ?????
