★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς η εμπειρία μας δεν ήταν η καλύτερη παρότι η παραγγελία μας ήταν 6000 ευρώ και η πληρωμή της άμεση! Ο υπεύθυνος δεν σήκωνε σχεδόν ποτέ το τηλέφωνο και όταν το έκανε η ανταπόκριση του σχετικά με την παράδοση των προιόντων ήταν να κατηγορεί την εταιρεία που αντιπροσωπεύει για την καθυστέρηση! Ο επαγγελματισμός τους έφτασε στο επίπεδο να μας χρεώσουν τα μεταφορικά σε δύο προιόντα που δεν είχαν αποστείλει καθώς τα περίμεναν όπως ισχυρίστηκαν! Η πληρωμή του 60% του κόστους των μηχανημάτων έγινε προκαταβολικά στις 12 του Δεκεμβρίου όπως μας ζητήσαν, και η αποπληρωμή τους περίπου στις 15 του Ιανουαρίου. Παραλάβαμε τα μηχανήματα μία εβδομάδα αργότερα από την αποπληρωμη τους και πληρώσαμε όπως είχε συμφωνηθεί το κόστος των μεταφορικών! Η παραλαβή των μηχανημάτων που έλειπαν έγινε στις 2 Φεβρουαρίου όπου αναγκαστήκαμε να πληρώσουμε τα μεταφορικά, που αυτή την φορά ήταν 30 ευρώ! Παρά τα τηλεφωνήματα μου και το μήνυμα που έστειλα στον κύριο Κώστα σχετικά με την χρέωση των μεταφορικών σε εμάς, δεν πήρα καμμία απάντηση! Τρομάζω στην ιδέα αν κάποιο από τα μηχανήματα που προμηθευτήκαμε από την εν λόγω εταιρεία έχει πρόβλημα και θα πρέπει να ζητήσω την υποστήριξη τους!!!
 Unfortunately our experience was not the best even though our order was 6000 euros and the payment was immediate! The person in charge almost never picked up the phone and when he did his response regarding the delivery of the products was to blame the company he represents for the delay! Their professionalism reached the level of charging us shipping in two products that they had not sent as they were waiting for them as they claimed! The payment of 60% of the cost of the machines was made in advance on December 12 as requested, and their repayment on January 15. We received the machines one week after their repayment and we paid as agreed the shipping cost! The receipt of the missing machines took place on February 2, where we had to pay for the transport, which this time was 30 euros! Despite my phone calls and the message I sent to Mr. Costas regarding the shipping charge to us, I did not receive any response! I am scared of the idea if any of the machines we procured from this company have a problem and I should ask for their support !!!
