Nice traditional village vibe, children play outside in the square, lively and service is fast. Came back July 2021. Same good quality, same good prices. Same vibe. Locals eat here as well. Go here for the spit roasted meats and the traditional dishes.

M	Marios Doda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we stayed in the small village of Syvros for 5 nights. Small village but with a beautiful scenery. We eated at Verani the last day before our departure and to be honest we where told so good words about, and indeed was really a good place to eat, with really good food and the price was normal not cheap but not expensive, great portions and you eat in a small village with fresh vegetables and meat. Also I drinked coffee every morning there (even though I am not an expert in coffee beans) the quiality was quite good. In a few meters as you ascend the road there is a small bakery and the smell of bread in the morning was something really amasing.

Check which day and make a reservation close to the band for a really enjoyable night. If you love Greek music of course, like me. Service friendly. Price quality rate really good. Highly recommend. We’ll be back!
S	Simon dlb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic taverna. The lamb shank special was outstanding as was the stuffed aubergine. Large, varied menu. They were preparing a slow roast for tonight’s guests too, which looked like something that needed revisiting! Lovely shady table and good coffee too.
D	Dafina Boshnakova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great tavern off the beaten path. Wonderful shady outdoor area and a good selection of grilled meats, salads and appetizers. There are always several specialties available (both vegetarian and with meat). I loved the stuffed tomatoes and peppers with rice and herbs (gemista), the vegetable stew (briam) and the liver wrapped with suet on the spit (frigadeli). Prices are reasonable. We were on a holiday with kids so we very much appreciated the playground behind the taverna. The pedestrian small square right in front also gives good opportunities for games.
