Σ	Σωτηρία Ράπτη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το μόνο θετικό είναι το γεγονός της παραλαβής και παράδοσης στον χώρο σου. Παρέλαβα τα σκυλιά μου, ύστερα από 15 ημέρες απουσίας μου, σε άσχημη κατάσταση. Εμφανώς αδυνατισμένα, σχεδόν υποσιτισμένα θα μπορούσα να πω, παρά το γεγονός ότι σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία που είχα με τον υπεύθυνο με διαβεβαίωνε ότι όλα είναι οκ και τα σκυλιά τρώνε κανονικά. Και εννοείται ότι τα σκυλιά ήταν παρά πολύ βρώμικα και γεμάτα κόμπους (μαλτεζ να τονίσω σε αυτό σημείο). Ήταν η πρώτη φορά που τα άφησα σε ξενοδοχείο ζώων και έμεινα με τις χειρότερες εντυπώσεις και δυστυχώς δεν θα μπορέσω να εμπιστευθώ ξανά τα κατοικίδια μου όχι μόνο σε αυτό αλλά σε κανένα ξενοδοχείο ζώων. The only positive is the fact of receiving and delivering in your area. I received my dogs in bad shape after 15 days of absence. Obviously slim, almost malnourished I could tell, despite the fact that in a phone call I had with the manager he assured me that everything was ok and the dogs were eating properly. And it goes without saying that the dogs were rather dirty and full of knots (Maltese to emphasize here). It was the first time I left them at an animal hotel and was left with the worst impression and unfortunately I will not be able to trust my pets again not only in this but in no animal hotel.
Μ	ΜΙΧΑΛΗΣ ΛΟΥΚΑΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αφησαμε το μαλτεζακι μας για 4 μονο ημερες απο 2/7/21 εως 6/7/21. Η χειροτερη εμπειρια. Παραλαβαμε το σκυλακι βρωμικο, φοβισμενο με διαρροια και εμετους. Ο υπευθυνος μας διαβεβαιωνε πως ολα ειναι ενταξει και οτι ο σκυλος μας ειναι πολυ καλα και σε αριστη κατασταση κατι το οποιο προφανως δεν ισχυει. Επισκεφθηκαμε γιατρο και το σκυλακι παιρνει τα απαραιτητα φαρμακα. Θα απευθυνθουμε στις αρμοδιες αρχες για ελεγχο του συγκεκριμενου χωρου. WORST PLACE EVER. We left our Maltese for only 4 days from 2/7/21 to 6/7/21. The worst experience. We picked up the dog dirty, scared of diarrhea and vomiting. The person in charge assured us that everything is fine and that our dog is very well and in excellent condition, which obviously is not the case. We visited a doctor and the dog is taking the necessary medication. We will address the competent authorities for control of the specific area. WORST PLACE EVER.
Γ	Γιώργος Κουγιούλης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Διάβαζα τις κριτικές και είχα τρομοκρατηθεί για τι κατάσταση θα παραλάβω την σκυλίτσα μου... τελικά άδικα εσκαγα...την παρέλαβα καθαρή, μυρωδάτη,με ενέργεια και βασικό πηδούσε με χαρά στην υπεύθυνη που την πρόσεχε απ' την ομάδα του κύριου Βασίλη... προφανώς πέρασε καλά και αν χρειαστεί ξανά με άνεση θα την ξαναπήγαινα! I was reading the reviews and I was terrified of the situation in which I would pick up my dog ... in the end I unjustly ran away ... I received it clean, fragrant, with energy and most importantly it jumped with joy to the person in charge who took care of it from Mr. Vassilis' team .. It obviously went well and if needed again I would go again comfortably!
a	annabella pr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έψαχνα ξενοδοχείο για τον 1 έτους γάτο μου. Βρήκα στο Google το συγκεκριμένο και κάλεσα να μάθω πληροφορίες. Ο κύριος που απάντησε πολύ ευγενικός. Μου είπε να μου περιγράψει τον χώρο γιατί είναι μακριά, να μην πηγαίνουμε τζάμπα. Μέσες άκρες, μου περιέγραψε έναν μικρό παράδεισο για γάτες. Παρόλα αυτά, αποφασίσαμε να πάμε να δούμε τον χώρο από κοντά. Όταν φτάσαμε, μας άνοιξε ένας κύριος καθόλου πρόθυμος, ο οποίος αφού μίλησε με τον πρώτο κύριο, μας άφησε να περάσουμε να δούμε τον χώρο για τις γάτες: ήταν μία μικρή αποθήκη, βρώμικη (μέχρι και στο ταβάνι είχε τεράστιους ιστούς αράχνης), με μικρά κλουβιά γεμάτα ακαθαρσίες, στιβαγμένα το ένα πάνω στο άλλο, με γάτες να κλαίνε από απελπισία. Όταν για τους τύπους ρωτήσαμε εάν βγαίνει βόλτα ο γάτος στον χώρο ο κύριος μας απάντησε "όχι βέβαια, που να τις πιάνω μετά" (ενώ στο τηλέφωνο μου είχαν πει ότι κάνουν βόλτα για 2 40λεπτα την ημέρα. Ευτυχώς δεν βασιστήκαμε στο αρχικό τηλεφώνημα για να κάνουμε την κράτηση και επισκεφτήκαμε τον χώρο και γλιτώσαμε τα χειρότερα. Δεν υπήρχε περίπτωση να αφήσω εκεί τον γάτο μου! I was looking for a hotel for my 1 year old cat. I found this on Google and called for information. The gentleman who answered was very kind. He told me to describe the place because it is far away, not to go in a hurry. Middle tips, he described to me a little paradise for cats. Nevertheless, we decided to go and see the place up close. When we arrived, we were opened by a gentleman who was not at all willing, who after talking to the first gentleman, let us go and see the place for the cats: it was a small warehouse, dirty (even on the ceiling it had huge cobwebs), with small cages full of dirt, stacked on top of each other, with cats crying in despair. When we asked the guys if the cat goes for a walk in the area, our owner answered "of course not, where to catch them later" (while on my phone they had said that they walk for 2 40 minutes a day. Fortunately we did not rely on the initial phone call to we made the reservation and visited the place and escaped the worst.There was no way I could leave my cat there!
Α	ΑΓΓΕΛΟΣ ΠΑΠΑΣΤΕΡΓΙΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ εκτάκτως αφήσαμε πρώτη φορά την "φοβική" Εριφύλη για 5 ημέρες, δεν ξέρω πώς πέρασε,παντως την πήραμε όπως την αφήσαμε (ίσως πιο χαδιάρα),ταισμενη,σχετικά καθαρή και σίγουρα όχι τρομαγμένη. ευχαριστούμε τους ανθρώπους,που αν και άγνωστοι,μας εξυπηρέτησαν Πάσχα την τελευταία στιγμή! We left the "phobic" Erifili for the first time for 5 days, I do not know how it went, however we took it as we left it (perhaps more cuddly), fed, relatively clean and definitely not scared. We thank the people who, although unknown, served us Easter at the last minute!
