Α. ΓΙΑ ΠΑΡΑΓΓΕΛΙΕΣ ΕΝΤΟΣ ΕΛΛΑΔΑΣ
H παραγγελία σας, εφόσον ολοκληρωθεί και επιβεβαιωθεί αποστέλλεται με ΕΛΤΑ Πόρτα Πόρτα courier, με ΓΕΝΙΚΗ ΤΑΧΥΔΡΟΜΙΚΗ και με Αίολος courier (για εντός Αττικής) και ο χρόνος παράδοσης κυμαίνεται από 1-3 εργάσιμες ημέρες. Στις χαρακτηρισμένες ως δυσπρόσιτες περιοχές από τις εταιρείες courier ενδέχεται να υπάρξει καθυστέρηση στην παράδοση.
Οι παραδόσεις γίνονται από Δευτέρα έως Παρασκευή.
Υπάρχει όμως η δυνατότητα παράδοσης το Σάββατο με έξτρα χρέωση 3,00 €.
H παράδοση της παραγγελίας πραγματοποιείται εντός 3 εργάσιμων ημερών (στις δυσπρόσιτες περιοχές ενδέχεται να καθυστερεί 1 έως 2 ημέρες επιπλέον).
Σε όλες τις περιπτώσεις ο πελάτης λαμβάνει ηλεκτρονικό μήνυμα ή sms με τον αριθμό αποστολής.

Στις χώρες της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης οι αποστολές πραγματοποιούνται είτε με DHL είτε με Ελληνικά Ταχυδρομεία, είτε με DPD (για Βουλγαρία - Ρουμανία).
Ο χρόνος παράδοσης κυμαίνεται από 4-12 εργάσιμες ημέρες.
Σε όλες τις περιπτώσεις ο πελάτης λαμβάνει ηλεκτρονικό μήνυμα ή sms με τον αριθμό αποστολής.

 My low rating refers to the prices on your products which were very high even though it was a period of discounts. Otherwise the service was impeccable and the variety great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα παπουτσια γιά τον μικρο, τά δοκιμάσαμε αλλά ουτε κάν του χωράγαν, ωραία τά επιστρέφω ζητώντας δυό νουμερα παραπάνω, καί ή απάντηση ήταν τά γυρίσατε κατεστραμμένα διαλυμένα λερωμένα δέν γίνεται επιστροφή χρημάτων και θά σάς τά γυρίσουμε καί μέ δικά σάς έξοδα.
I bought shoes for the little one, we tried them but they didn't even fit, I return them nicely asking for two more numbers, and the answer was you returned them damaged, soiled, there is no refund and we will return them to you at your own expense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is great but unfortunatly i was victim of racism from 2 sellswomen inside.
We got pressed from them to leave the shop.
I wanted to try a clothes in the changing room asking from a nice boy seller and tell me that i could try something but the sellswoan took me back the article that i wanted to try with no reason. My friend bought shoes and felt that he was obligated to buy something. I have nothing against this shop but i would never forget the behavior of those 2 woman who treat us like animals and should remember that nea Philadelphia is the heart of a club with an history and philosophy against that.
Btw the shop deserve 5 stars and has amazing articles i wanted to buy clothes but now i would never come again because i dont want to live that scenario anymore so for this reason i will put only 2 stars cuz the image of one shop is the sellers who work inside.
Thanks god not everybody werent like that inside and i thanks this boy who work inside and apologize us.
