Dobry apartamenty

Miejsce czyste. Wystrój z lat 90-tych. Z dwóch toalet jedna nie działała, dlatego taka ocena.

Tante potenzialità, ma da migliorare. Buona la posizione, utile il parcheggio. L'appartamento è molto essenziale, ma ci sono alcune cose che andrebbero sistemate: la doccia è molto scomoda, sprovvista anche di una tendina, non ci sono zanzariere, il wc ha dei problemi. Mi aspettavo qualcosa in più dal trattamento alberghiero, nota positiva la gentilezza delle proprietarie.

Место - супер: рядом супермаркет, кофейня, магазин, пляжи. Есть место для парковки. Невероятно красивый двор. Но сама квартира требует ремонта и реновации. Все очень страшненькое

Lovely accommodation with very nice and helpful host.

The inside of our apartments were very disappointing .The outside of this property and the outlook is lovely. Lots of room, so provision of sunloungers would be easy to do and make it more relaxing for guests. On the website it says "The apartments boast a well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms". Attached are photos of our kitchen and bathroom in Room 2. Our door opened into the bedroom with a doorway to the small kitchen area. The drainer where you see the pots is also the storage space for the crockery and cutlery.The area you see is supposed to be a "well equipped kitchen" and is not even basically equipped. We found a very rusty can opener in the drawer that was unusable. There was no kitchen bin. Only a very small bin in the bathroom for toilet paper. The towel hanging up that we assume was suppposed to be a t-towel was hand towel fabric, so fibres came off onto the pots. There was no bread board for cutting bread, salad etc. and only 1 tall glass plus 2 very small ones. There was no plug in either the kitchen sink for washing pots, or the bathroom sink We did ask for another glass and a kitchen bin and a sink plug and these were outside out room a day later. In the bathroom there was nowhere to hang the shower head on the wall, so you could have a proper shower and open shampoo bottles, wash and shave etc under the shower. We had to try and tie up the shower head on the shower rail (see photo) which wasn't ideal and meant we had to keep the water pressure very low, so it didn't spray everywhere. There was nowhere to hang a towel for getting out of the shower and I refuse to put a towel on the toilet. We had to hang the towel over the shower curtain rail, but this was not out of range of the shower spray, so that got wet! On request, the owners said they ordered a new rail and about a week into our stay a man (who didn't introduce himself) came to fix the rail but went away leaving a hole in the wall and promising to come back the next day to finish it. He never returned! The website said the apartments were "serviced" twice a week. However, on enquiring about bedding change and clean towels etc. we were told that they were only a small family business and only the bins were emptied. We were staying for 11 nights and as I said our towels were dirty we were left another set. Going to the beach all day, and returning with sandy feet etc, it is not acceptible to shower and step back out onto floors which were not cleaned, sleep in bedding not changed in 11 nights and only 2 sets of clean towels the whole stay (the 2nd only on request). Moreover the bathroom bin wasn't even changed twice a week. When the man came to start the towel rail repair, although he had emptied bins for change overs in the other rooms, he hadn't emptied ours or our friend's in room 1 and we had to ask for this to be done. I had to ask for more toilet paper as no spare was left after the bins were emptied and towards at one point we ran out and had to go and buy our own. I looked for a mop to clean the floors and found a dirty one round the side of our apartment (see photo). Our friends in No1 had a new looking mop and bucket left in their room, so for several days we used this ourselved daily....then it was taken away! So no cleaning of the room, especially the bathroom floor and no equipment for cleaning it ourselves! Our friends in room 1 also had wall attachement for holding the shower head. Even worse, they had no shower curtain and there wasn't even a shower rail! This meant that every time they used the shower the bathroom flooded and when the mop was taken away there was no way of mopping up the water! This place could be lovely with a relatively small amount of time and money. As the price was cheap, we were expecting the room to be basic. However, it is unacceptable to not have basic amenities like wall attachment for shower, kitchen sink plug, kitchen bin, 2 glasses, clean towels and bedding changed at least once a week. I see all these things as easy to rectify and then your properties would be lovely.

Great location, close proximity to the restaurants, grocery store. There's also a bus stop like 5 mins walk from the appartment. The appartment itself has a good size bedroom with aircon, well equipped with a small kitchen area. The beds are super comfy, and the beautiful terrace  is a bonus. Everyhing was very clean ( 2 sets of towels, sheets), the trash was taken regularly. The appartment is located in a  quiet zone, 10mins walk to Agia Triada beach and 20 mins walk to Paleokastritsa main beach. Sophie was very helpful, since we booked the appartment she gave us all the needed info. Immediately after landing she called us and gave instructions about the bus we should take from Corfu to Paleokastritsa. During our vacation she gave us information about the town and where to go, what kind of transport to take, restaurants, beaches. Sophie and her family were great hosts, very supportive, we even had a tough covid situation and they helped us with everything they could. I definetly  recommend betty appartments for a Corfu vacation.

The apartment is in a very beautiful area with restaurants, pubs and souvenir shops nearby. Well equipped, and Sophie's hospitality is at a high level. I totally recommend.
