e	eva kal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ θα πρεπει κανείς να είναι πολύ απελπισμένος για είδη βιβλιοχαρτοπωλείου για να αποφασίσει να πατήσει το ποδάρι του σ' αυτό το μαγαζί.Η ιδιοκτήτρια μπορεί να σε προσβάλλει,να σε βρίσει να σε διώξει ανάλογα με τα κέφια της που εδώ και δεκαετίες ποτέ δεν είναι καλά. one has to be very desperate for bookstore items to decide to set foot in this store. Ίσως θεώρησε ότι δεν αξίζει τον κόπο να ασχοληθεί για τόσο μικρό ποσό, δεν ξέρω ειλικρινά. Ο,τι χειρότερο έχω βιώσει σε εξυπηρέτηση. A	Alexis Ieridis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν υπήρχαν μηδέν αστέρια, μηδέν θα έβαζα. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά από την κυρία που έχει το βιβλιοπωλείο. Απορώ πως πηγαίνει κόσμος ακόμη εκεί. Περίμενα τη σειρά μου να εξυπηρετηθω κι έκανα το "λάθος" να προχωρήσω στο διάδρομο για να δω κάτι τετράδια και μου την είπε με τέτοια ειρωνεία και ύφος που σηκώθηκα κι έφυγα! Αν η κυρία έχει ψυχολογικά να πάει σε κανα γιατρό. If there were zero stars, I would put zero. Unacceptable behavior by the lady who owns the bookstore. I wonder how people still go there. T	Theodor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω πάει μόνο δύο φορές στο συγκεκριμένο βιβλιοπωλείο, και αυτό επειδή το φωτοτυπικό μηχάνημα στο Βιβλιόφωνο είχε κάποιο τεχνικό πρόβλημα. Η “κυρία” στο μαγαζί πέρα απο το ότι είναι αγενής, ειρωνική, μιλάει και κοιτάει με ύφος όλους τους πελάτες, δεν κόβει ούτε αποδείξεις, που σημαίνει ότι είναι και παράνομη, ενώ σε άλλα βιβλιοπωλεία και χαρτικά μου κόβουν πάντα. Πέρα από αυτό μου χάλασε και τις δυο φορές τη διάθεση με το πόσο δυστυχισμένος άνθρωπος είναι, πόσο νιώθει αυτή τη δουλειά σαν ένα βάρος μέσα της και το περνάει αυτό στους πελάτες. Αυτή η γυναίκα είναι η μιζέρια προσωποποιημένη στον άνθρωπο.Τα προσωπικά σου προβλήματα λοιπόν μιας και θα το διαβάσεις, εμάς τους πελάτες δεν μας αφορούν. Θα μπορούσες τουλάχιστον στη δουλειά σου να είσαι σωστή. Δεν έχεις ιδέα απο εξυπηρέτηση πελατών! Σκέτη απογοήτεση..απορώ πως δεν έχει κλείσει ήδη!!! I have only been to this bookstore twice, and that was because the photocopier at the Bookstore had a technical problem. The "lady" in the store, apart from being rude, ironic, speaks and looks at all the customers in style, does not even cut receipts, which means that it is also illegal, while in other bookstores and stationery they always cut me. Apart from that, she spoiled my mood both times with how unhappy a person she is, how much she feels this job as a burden inside her and she passes it on to the clients. You have no idea about customer service! Pure disappointment..I wonder if it is not closed already !!!
K	Katerina Ch. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το φαινόμενο της γειτονιάς !! Αναρωτιέμαι πως κρατάει μαγαζί με τοση αγένεια και τέτοιο υφος! Την κάλεσα στο τηλ και τη ρώτησα για ένα βιβλίο δημοτικού και επειδή στο google εμφανιζόταν ανοιχτο της λεω έρχομαι τωρα να το παρω. Πράγματι σε πεντε λεπτα ημουν εκει καθως το ηθελα για το φροντιστήριο του παιδιου εκτατκτως ! Και δεν λεει "οχι τωρα εαν θελετε ελατε στις 5,30 γτ τωρα ειμαστε κλειστα" αλλα με αφησε πηγα εκει και αρχισε την γκρινια, τα μουτρα ,το υφος ,κατηγορουσε το google που δεν της εχει ενημερωσει το ωραριο και γενικα ειχε τοση αρνητικη διαθεση που ηθελα να γυρισω να φυγω ωστόσο ειπα να το υπομείνω γτ υπηρχε αναγκη και την ρωτησα πολυ ευγενικα εαν μπορω να το επιβεβαιωσω με το παιδι μεσω ενος τηλεφωνηματος (απο το κιν μου φυσικα ) καθως ειχα φυγει απο τη δουλεια μου και μονο εξω που δεν με πέταξε..ΟΧΙ μου λεει δεν μπορω να σας το επιτρέψω υψώνοντας μάλιστα και τη φωνη και φυσικα εξοργίστηκα και εφυγα !! Αντι να λεει ευχαριστω στους ελαχιστους που την προτιμούν κανει οτι μπορει να επιβεβαιωνει διαρκως την φημη της εδω στη γειτονια ! Δεν υπαρχει περιπτωση να ξαναπαω!! Τελος δεν αξιζει αλλη ευκαιρια ειναι εντελως αντιεπαγγελματικη η συμπεριφορα της στο συνολο και απο βιβλιοπωλεία βρωμάει ο Βύρωνας !! Αν υπηρχε αστερι με αρνητικο προθεμα θα το εβαζα ...αισχος ! Μια από τις φορές που είχα πάει είχα αγοράσει 2 κουκλες ωραίες Barbie 56€ στο σύνολο .Της ζήτησα αν μπορούσε να μου τα τυλίξει με χαρτί για δώρο και αρνήθηκε λέγοντας μου με άσχημο τρόπο μπροστά σε 2 πελατες πως δεν τυλίγονται με χαρτί γιατί δεν φαίνονται καλά και ας ήταν οι συσκευασίες τετράγωνες, που κατά την άποψη της δεν ήταν 100% τετράγωνες.Της λέω θέλω να είναι έκπληξη να μην φαίνεται τι παιχνίδι είναι. Αρνιόταν και της είπα πως σε όλα τα παιχνιδαδικα σου τυλίγουν τα δώρα ότι σχήμα και να έχουν; Της είπα αφού λέτε πως δεν γίνεται , να τα βάλετε αν μπορείτε σε χάρτινη τσάντα για δώρο. Μου απαντάει με κοροιδευτικό τρόπο "αυτά υπάρχουν σε μαγαζί με ειδη δώρων όχι εδώ". Της απαντάω ,τότε και ας μην φαίνονται ωραία αν μπορείτε να τα τυλίξτε. Τα τύλιξε με το ζόρι. Δεν κατάλαβα γιατί δεν ήθελε, επειδή δεν ήθελε να ξοδεύει το χαρτί ή γιατί βαριόταν; Έφυγα από το μαγαζί πολύ στενοχωρημένη με εμένα που το επέτρεψα να υποστώ όλοι αυτή την δυσάρεστη κατάσταση. Σε άλλο βιβλιοπωλείο πολύ κοντά απο το μαγαζί της, είναι πάντα πολύ ευγενικοί.Αλλά η συγκεκριμένη είναι δίπλα σε σχολείο και τα παιδιά μας θέλουν να αγοράσουν. Αν αναφέρω όλες μου τις εμπειρίες σε αυτό το βιβλιοπωλείο και συμπεριφορές σε άλλους πελάτες που ήμουν παρούσα, θα χρειαστώ βιβλίο να γράψω. Θετικο θα έλεγα ότι είναι ένα πολύ καθαρό κατάστημα μόνο αυτό!!! Rude, ironic, arrogant style. One of the times I went I bought 2 beautiful Barbie dolls for 56 € in total.
