Ο κύριος που μου παρέδωσε το βιβλίο ήταν εξυπηρετικότατος και ευγενικός, σε αντίθεση με την κυρία που δυστυχώς ήταν αγενέστατη και με επιθετικό ύφος από την αρχή της εισόδου μου στο κατάστημα. Immediate receipt within 24 hours from the registration of the order. The gentleman who handed me the book was very helpful and polite, unlike the lady who was unfortunately very rude and aggressive from the beginning of my entry into the store.

Πηγαινοντας για την παραλαβη εξυπηρετηθηκα αμεσα και οι δυο πωλητριες ηταν πολυ ευγενικες! Η νεαρή κοπέλα που με εξυπηρέτησε ευγενέστατη και κατατοπιστική με βοήθησε πολύ στις επιλογές μου. Γενικά ένα ευχάριστο περιβάλλον για να κάνει κάποιος τα ψώνια του! Συγχαριτήρια συνεχίστε ετσί! Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά για μελλοντικές μου αγορές. Beautiful and well-kept shop with a great variety of books and sought-after accessories! Η πρώτη παραγγελία δεν έρχεται ποτέ, η δεύτερη έρχεται λάθος και σύμφωνα με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών όλα είχαν γίνει σωστά. Φυσικά, για να διορθωθεί το λάθος της εταιρίας, έπρεπε να πληρώσει ο πελάτης τέλος επιστροφής βιβλίου 6 ευρώ στη μεταφορική, κάτι που θα μπορούσε να γίνει δια ζώσης, αλλά τα συστήματα της εταιρίας μάλλον βρίσκονται σε άλλη δεκαετία. Κάποιοι υπάλληλοι σε ένα από τα δεκάδες τηλεφωνήματα ήταν ευγενέστατοι και έδειχναν κατανόηση. Άλλοι πάλι, κυρίως του καταστήματος, το ακριβώς αντίθετο. Σοκαριστική αγένεια και ανεξήγητα προκλητικό ύφος. Παρεμπιπτόντως, μη νομίζετε πως δε βλέπουμε ότι οι κριτικές σας πριν λίγο καιρό ήταν στα τάρταρα και ξαφνικά όλες οι αρνητικές μπήκανε στο Τρίγωνο των Βερμούδων. Δεν τρώμε κουτόχορτο αγαπητοί. Brands των οποίων η εξυπηρέτηση δεν ανταποκρίνεται στο όνομα και την ιστορία τους (και πιστέψτε με, πάρα πολύ κρίμα γιατί σας εκτιμούσα), τα κρατάμε ως ανάμνηση περασμένων δεκαετιών. Υ.Γ.: τα περιστατικά που περιγράφω έχουν πραγματοποιηθεί εδώ και 2-3 μήνες, αλλά ποτέ δεν είναι αργά. 1 star (if there was a lower option be sure to choose it) for the by far the worst service I have received in my life. The first order never comes, the second comes wrong and according to customer service everything was done right.
