S	Simona Otp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα παραγγελία με κατάθεση σε τράπεζα, Κυριακή. Τριτη έκανα την κατάθεση. Με πήραν τηλέφωνο ότι το προϊόν έχει δωθει σε άλλον,κι ότι θα αργήσει να ξανάρθει. Τελικά, είδα στο Best price, ότι ξαναηρθε αμέσως, απλά σε υψηλότερη τιμή. Δύο μέρες έφαγα πόση ταλαιπωρία σε ουρές τραπεζών. Όλα τα καταστήματα, όταν κάνεις παραγγελία με κατάθεση, κρατάν την τιμή που είχε όταν την έκανες, δε σού λένε ψέματα ότι τούς τελείωσε, ενώ στο κατάστημα πωλείται κανονικά. Αλλιώς, τι νόημα έχει η παραγγελία; Έγινε επιστροφή χρημάτων, αλλά νομίζω όταν κάνουμε μια παραγγελία, το θέμα είναι να πάρουμε το προϊόν, στην τιμή στην οποία το παράγγειλαμε... I placed an order with a bank deposit, Sunday. I made the deposit on Tuesday. They called me that the product has been given to someone else, and that it will be too late to come back. Finally, I saw at Best price, that it came back immediately, just at a higher price. For two days I ate a lot of hassle in bank queues. All stores, when you place an order by deposit, keep the price it had when you made it, they do not lie to you that it is over, while in the store it is sold normally. Otherwise, what is the meaning of the order? There was a refund, but I think when we place an order, the issue is to get the product, at the price at which we ordered it ...
S	Spiros K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στη προσπάθεια μου να κάνω μια ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία μου εμφανίστηκε ότι η παραγγελία απορρίφθηκε. Χωρίς βέβαια να ξαναδοκιμάσω την εκτέλεση της παραγγελίας το άφησα εκεί. Εν τέλη το προϊόν ήρθε (λόγω black friday από αμέλεια δεν παρατήρησα τον αποστολέα) και αφού το παρέλαβα επί τόπου ήρθα σε επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα και μια ευγενική κυρία μου είπε θα σας επιστραφούν τα χρήματα. Είχα κάθε λόγο να βάλω 5 αστέρια αλλααα... Ξεκίνησα την διαδικασία επιστροφής του προϊόντος περιμένοντας ενημέρωση. Τελικά χωρίς να εχω κάποια ενημέρωση ήρθα εγώ σε επικοινωνία για δεύτερη και τρίτη φορά για να μου πουν τελικά ότι πρέπει να πληρώσω τα έξοδα επιστροφής (το 1/4 της αξίας του) για κάτι που θεωρητικά δεν περίμενα ποτέ. Δεν το κράταγα τελικά καλύτερα; Δεν έχω να πω κάτι άλλο. Ελπίζω από κριτικές σαν και αυτές κάποια καταστήματα να αναθεωρήσουν και να έχουν καλύτερη αντιμετώπιση προς τους πελάτες τους. Finally the product came (due to black friday due to negligence I did not notice the sender) and after I received it on the spot I contacted the store and a kind lady told me your money will be refunded. I had every reason to put 5 stars but ... I started the process of returning the product waiting for an update. Eventually without any information I got in touch for the second and third time to finally be told that I have to pay the return costs (1/4 of its value) for something I theoretically never expected. Didn't I hold it better in the end? I have nothing else to say. I hope from reviews like these some stores will review and treat their customers better.
