I'm not sure whether 3 questions was too much hassle or whether mentioning there is a budget (for some of our guest regarding accommodation and travel to islands) but they have just stopped replying to me. I gave 3 starts but I feel 1 would be valid. Very much so a shame that I have had to just find another company. If you think you will be getting support - I would think again.
