Bike Department Koroni - Unnamed Road

Waren alle sehr angetan von der ausgesuchten Strecke, mit Erlebnissen die dem normalen Tourist sonst verborgen bleiben. Man bekommt hier eine schöne Tour mit guten Bikes geboten. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wer in Griechenland gepflegte Mountainbikes mit einer hochwertigen Ausstattung sucht, wird bei Ulis Bike Department fündig. Die Touren werden sehr individuell auf Tagesverfassung, Können, Motivation ... abgestimmt. Uli geht bei der Zeitplanung auf Kundenwünsche ein und startet auf Wunsch (im Hochsommer) auch bei Sonnenaufgang ..... oder eben auch erst später.... ; ) Die Gegend rund um Koroni ist ein abwechslungsreiches Bikerevier - auch im Winter, dann blüht es rundum.... Wer richtig Höhenmeter machen möchte, fährt in die Mani und nimmt das Bike und am besten den Guide mit!

Uli - Bike-Department - garantiert echt naturnahe Abenteuer in Messinien mit Mountain-Bike oder auch E-Bike!! Uli is ein sehr vorausdenkender Guide, organisiert tolle, sportliche Bike-Ausflüge, die immer auch gepaart sind mit griechischer Natur pur, authentischer Taverna-Kultur und Stranderlebnissen. Er geht auf Eure Wünsche ein und ist in seiner humorvollen Art ein super Partner!

War das erste mal gleich begeistert: nicht nur von den super Bike Routen sondern auch von den sehr gut geguideten Touren von Uli. Man erfährt echte Geheimtipps, und die Touren waren perfekt auf mein Niveau angepasst. Alleine bin ich mit ihm auch anspruchsvolle Touren gefahren. Mit meiner Familie hat Uli sich allerdings die optimale Tour ausgedacht, damit jeder Spaß hat. Was die Touren außerdem besonders macht, ist die Sympathie, die Uli an den Tag legt. Er ist immer für einen Spaß zu haben und kennt auch tolle Plätze, um eine kurze Rast einzulegen.

Gute Beratung, sehr Individuell und sehr gute Tipps. Touren mit Uli sind ein Muss in Messinien und bleiben unvergessliche Erlebnisse!

I rented a hardtail during my stay on the Peloponnese Peninsula with Koroni Bike Department. The bicycle was in perfect shape, well maintained and all necessary tools and spare inner tubes were given. Unfortunately, I was able to join one guided trip with Koroni Bike Department only, but this was good fun as well. I also got hiking maps from Uli to plan my own tours and I got plenty of information too. The return of the bike was easy-going, although Uli was not at his place at this time. In my opinion, a hardtail is sufficient for this kind of riding, there are hardly any trails in the region and for jeep tracks and forest roads, a full suspension bike is not really necessary. Of course, it is more comfortable. You should be able to repair a puncture (or even more) by yourself; there is hardly any vegetation without prickles. In total, it is a worthwhile destination for cycling, especially the Mani region. Quite a few roundtrips are possible, on the ride back to your accommodation, you pass some beautiful beaches and there are nice restaurants as well. In addition, it increases the fun if you use a decent bike!
