Σήμερα, 22.12.2019 ύστερα από τηλεφωνική συνομιλία με εργαζόμενο, ενημερώθηκα ότι το μαγαζί κλείνει 5-6 το απόγευμα, ανάλογα τη δουλειά, τώρα τι σημαίνει αυτό τρέχα γύρευε. Φτάνοντας 5 παρά 15 στο μαγαζι, κατεβασμένα ρολά, κλειστό κτλ, πιστόλι. Άμα βαριέστε να δουλέψετε εκεί μέσα να κανένα κάτι άλλο τότε, όχι να ταλαιπωρείτε τον κόσμο που σέρνει το κουφάρι του για να έρθει στο κωλομάγαζο σας. Τίποτα δεν λειτουργεί όπως πρέπει σε αυτή τη κωλοχώρα, κλασσικό φαινόμενο πια. Just unacceptable. Today, 22.12.2019 after a telephone conversation with an employee, I was informed that the shop closes 5-6 in the afternoon, depending on the job, now what this means is now turned around. Την Τρίτη 21/04 με κάλεσαν τηλεφωνικά να επιβεβαιώσουν εάν θα είμαι σπίτι να μου παραδώσουν την παραγγελία για να μην μπλέκω με μεταφορικές εταιρείες λόγω της κατάστασης με τον covid-19! Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση, ταχύτατοι, ευγενικοί και το προϊόν επωφελούμενος μιας προσφοράς τις ημέρες του Πάσχα σε πολύ καλή τιμή! I ordered through the site of the store M.Saturday 18/04 a pair of gloves from the company Spidi. On Tuesday 21/04 they called me to confirm if I would be home to hand me the order so that I would not get involved with transport companies due to the situation with covid-19! Very good service, very fast, polite and the product benefiting from an offer on Easter days at a very good price!
N	Nikolas Triantafyllidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου πρότειναν τακάκια για τη μηχανή μου (Varadero) που "φαγώθηκαν" σε λιγότερο από 2000χλμ. αν & οδηγώ σε αυτοκινητόδρομο (Αττική Οδό). Όταν ρώτησα μήπως έτυχε να είναι ελαττωματική παρτίδα, μου πρότειναν έκπτωση -10% (χα,χα,χα) για αγορά νέων. Με πιάσατε 1 φορά κορόιδο. ΠΟΤΕ ξανά. They offered me paddles for my engine (Varadero) that were "eaten" in less than 2000 km. if & driving on a motorway (Attiki Odos). When asked if it happened to be a defective batch, I was offered a discount of -10% (ha, ha, ha) to buy a new one. You took me one time sucker. Never again.

Β	ΒΑΣΙΛΕΙΟΣ ΡΕΝΤΖΙΟΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κανονικά θα έδινα πέντε(5) αστέρια στήν Επιχείρηση , επειδή έχω στο παρελθόν αγοράσει διάφορα και 'εμεινα ικανιποιημένος αλλά : Πρόσφατα θέλησα να αντικαταστήσω το παλιό μου κράνος.Αφού είμαι πελάτης ξεκίνησα απο το BikersWorld που τούς γνωρίζω. Λοιπόν όταν κάποιος θέλει να σγοράσει ενα κράνος στα 340 - 380 ευρώ , έχει κάποιες λογικές απαιτήσεις. Θα μου στείλεις το κράνος , θα το δοκιμάσω , και εφόσον είναι κατάληλο ( οχι μόνο το μέγεθος αλλά και το σχήμα) θα το κρατήσω. Εάν το κράνος δεν κάτσει σωστά στο κεφάλι μου , θα στο στείλω πίσω και θα πληρώσω εγώ τα μεταφορικά. Δυστυχώς η λογική του πέρνα απο το κατάστημα να το δοκιμάσεις δεν στέκει για δυο λόγους.Είμαι 500 km μακριά , και θέλω να το κρατήσω στο κεφάλι μου τουλάχιστον 45 λεπτά πράγμα δύσκολο μέσα στο μαγαζί. Ετσι λοιπόν κι εγώ το αγόρασα απο το Εξωτερικό ( αφού επικοινώνησα και με άλλα καταστήματα στήν Αθήνα ) και έτυχα ίδιας αντιμετώπισης. Εχετε καλές τιμές , πολύ καλά προιόντα , καλό σέρβις , αλλά στο συγκεκριμένο θέμα λάθος αντιμετώπιση. Normally I would give five (5) stars to the Company, because I have bought various in the past and I was satisfied but: Recently I wanted to replace my old helmet. Since I am a customer I started from BikersWorld that I know. Well when one wants to buy a helmet at 340 - 380 euros, it has some reasonable requirements. You will send me the helmet, I will try it on, and if it is suitable (not only the size but also the shape) I will keep it. If the helmet does not fit properly on my head, I will send it back and I will pay for the shipping. Unfortunately the logic of going through the store to try it does not stand for two reasons. I am 500 km away, and I want to keep it in my head for at least 45 minutes, which is difficult in the store. So I bought it from abroad (after contacting other stores in Athens) and received the same treatment. You have good prices, very good products, good service, but in this case wrong treatment.

T	Thodoris Mylonas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μπήκα στο κατάστημα και υπήρχαν δύο υπάλληλοι,ο ένας έτρωγε και ο άλλος απασχολημένος στον υπολογιστή.Περίμενα να εξυπηρετηθώ και κατέληξα να ζητάω ο ίδιος αυτό που ήθελα.Το προϊόν δεν ανταποκρίθηκε στις προσδοκίες μου,τελικά. Υπάρχουν αρκετές επιχειρήσεις με το ίδιο αντικείμενο και με ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση στον πελάτη.Αρκεί ο καταναλωτής/ρια να κάνει σωστή έρευνα. I entered the store and there were two employees, one eating and the other busy with the computer. I waited to be served and I ended up asking for what I wanted. The product did not meet my expectations, in the end. There are several companies with the same object and courteous service to the customer. As long as the consumer does the right research.
