K	Kaja Baškovič on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments are very nice and very clean. The beach is close, however the pool is an amazing place to hang out especially for little kids. It takes you 1 minute to get to the market and the bakery. Also the host is a really nice and cheerfull person, so she made our stay at Billy's house even better. Would definitely recommend:)

Rooms are spacious cleaned everyday and equipped with all necessary facilities. What’s important they have access from both sides which in case of hot summers in Vasiliki gives access to fresh airflow and use of aircon is not necessary. The area of the hotel is spacious, great swimming pool, cleaned everyday, outside grills lots of tables to dine outside, and lots of trees creating comfy shadow during the day. Green and fruity grass giving extra comfort while being outside. The place has almost direct access to the beach, short walking distance to town, club Vass and other water sports facility, big market is located 2 minute walk from the place. The host is extraordinary, caring and very helpful! I highly recommend this place, we had really fantastic time there!!! Big kudos!!!

Billys house is not even one min far from the beach. 5 mins to nearest shop. Perfect place to stay for windsurfing holidays with kids.
A	Alexandra Nicole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in Billy's House for 3 weeks in July (small studio for 2 people) and really enjoyed our time there! Beach, shopping center, windsurf rental, harbor with restaurants is all within 5 minutes walking distance. Nevertheless the surrounding of the accomodation is very quiet (apart from the chirping sounds of the cicadas;)). The room contains everything you need (well-functioning air conditioning with temperature setting / timer, small kitchen for breakfast or simple meals, covered outdoor seating ...) and is cleaned every day (tip-top clean). For my taste the mattresses could be a touch softer, but you get used to it. The hostess is an absolutely lovely woman and we quickly noticed that the well-being of her guests is very important to her. We were even given several fresh tomatoes from their own organic garden! Thanks again for the great time and already looking forward to come back to this place!

The market just few steps from door and the owner Chryssa living on place always helpful. We highly recommend!

From this location you can reach in max 30 minutes all the famous beaches all around the island especially at the famous beaches on the east side of the island.
E	EVA ZUNA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LUXURIOUS RETREAT We really enjoyed our long vacation at Billy’s House and I couldn’t have asked for more. For me, the location of the apartments is one of the best in Vasiliki, as the grocery store is practically across the street, and is perfectly in the middle between the surf centers and the town’s restaurants, bars and tourist shops. The apartment was very clean, and felt spacious even though we were a family of five. Not to mention the essential air conditioning, which helped us cool down during scorching hot days. The quality of the rooms was only matched by the level of care we received from the kind owner of the complex. She was always available to us to troubleshoot any problems we ran into, and was always dealing with complaints rapidly and thoroughly. The apartment complex also offers a large swimming pool which we often used; as well as a smaller one for toddlers. Lastly, there are some outdoor fireplaces available to residing families, which make outdoor grilling and barbecuing a breeze. Stay at Billys House highly recommended, we’ll be returning next year for sure.
u	urban linke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE We spent the most wonderful week on holiday at BIlly’s House and I must say everything was excellent. The location of the apartment building is quite extraordinary, as it is close not only to the general store, but also to the nearest surfing clubs and the center of Vasiliki as well. As for the room, the apartments can easily fit a large family, while being very comfortable. They are equipped with air conditioning, which is essential in hot humid summer afternoons and are very diligently cleaned. Younger members of visiting families will also appreciate two swimming pools located on The House grounds. Last but not least the apartment manager is very kind and caring and has helped us with whichever problem concerned us. We never felt like we were asking for too much, and the problems were always met with a solution. We’re already looking forward to staying there next season.
