Lovely apartments Sandra couldn't do enough to help out loved every minute

We stayed here for a week 18th of may 2018. Cheap but very nice and clean. Sandra and Mike can not do enough for you. You ask they will do it. We went on a trip yesterday. Sandra got up early for us just so we had breakfast before we left. We got a welcome drink on arrival to. Rooms. The rooms are very large and clean. With fridge kettle. And a few pots and pans. In all fairness you don't need to cook in your room it's so cheap out here. Bathroom is your standard Greek set up. Very basic shower toilet sink. We had a lovely balcony looking over looking the pool. Pool area. Pool area is amazing cleaned daily and any empty drinks are collected when fresh ones arrive. Bar is not expensive 3€ for beer 5€ cocktail. They also do pool side food like burgers chips ECT. And breakfast. You can not take your own food or drinks around the pool. Nearby. There is a small supermarket 2 doors up. And plenty of bars and trinket shops around. The main town is 10 minutes walk. Large supermarkets. (Tesco local) size are about 25 minutes walk but defentently a taxi back. There is a small but very nice beach just across the road. 5minutes walk. Or the larger beach is 5 to 10 minutes walk . the canal de amour is 5 minutes walk to. Hope this helps you if you are looking to book. We have had a great we here. And have priced up to come back later in the year. If not next year. This is a 5th time in Corfu. And 3 rd time in sidari.and this has been the best. Thanks for reading marc

Only allowed one toliet roll which was already half used when we got there. Basic room, quite liked it minus the insects everywhere but in a hot country so guess to be expected. Room wasn't very clean, had a sticky patch on the floor for three days( I kept whipping it with a wetwip). My pillow case was dirty before I had even slept on it and they wouldn't change it. Came back to the balcony doors wide open, which we had closed before leaving, and went to speak to staff they were rude about it saying well they're there all day so whys it matter... That's our personal belongs in the room anyone could have come in as we are on the ground floor and the rail isn't that high (easy to climb).

We felt very welcome here.........Me and my partner spent one of the best holidays here. I have absolutely no idea why some reviews are a little below par. Common courtesy - if you are around the pool area that already has a food area, you should NOT eat your own food around the pool...How rude is that and you certainly deserve a rollocking!! As for Sandra being nasty too....we got on absolutely perfectly with Sandra, Sophie and Mike. Try making an effort to get to know your hosts before slating them. Apartments - Need updating for some - us? we were happy that everything was spotless and any problems were sorted promptly (in our case, the aircon was leaking slightly) . If you take a little time out of your visit and befriend Sandra and her children, you will appreciate why its as it is. We absolutely loved our stay there and will be back next year (twice hopefully) You cannot beat the grounds/pool/snack bar area..Very close to the centre too. Very close to the lovely beach and shops/bars. Everyone we met were very friendly and welcoming. The cost of everything is really reasonable. Try hiring a Quad to have a proper look around the area. some beautiful places to visit. All in all, we give this a 5 star rating for making our stay the best ever. Thank you

Booked last minute holiday for myself and 15 year old son on a room only basis. It was clean and well kept owners are very warm and friendly. There is a well stocked bar and food and drinks available all day. Pool was spotless and just what we needed to cool down after a day on the beach. Highly recommend if you want a room only basis. Good location for the beach and there is a supermarket 50 yards away.

On arrival there was only one towel each for us (4 of us in 2 separate apartments) which still wasn't replaced on Day 3, despite our requests. We eventually got our single towel (each) replaced on Day 4 - we would have celebrated but Sandra the Psycho doesn't like that sort of behaviour on holiday. That, alas, was our only change of towels in a week. Don't be fooled by the name - these apartments aren't British owned or run - and Sandra is an absolute nutter (NOT the harmless kind either - if you dig deep enough you will find reviews telling of Sandra slapping guest's children and upending people from their sunbeds because they were eating a biscuit, etc). We stayed in Sidari last year at Goudelis Apartments (excellent and well run but a bit too far out of town for us) and Panorama Hotel (very good, but Pegasus beer not so good). We stayed at Billy and Psycho's this time because of an overbooking error at Canal D'Amour Apartments (unvisited). I have stayed in Greece many times in recent years and appreciate many accommodations are basic, but the filthy room with cigarette burned curtains, 2 towels per week and collapsing bed are relics of the 1970's. I could pick fault with many things such as the "cleaner's" daily habit of leaving wide open every window and door of the ground floor apartment whilst we were at the beach (try adding up the value of stuff you could lose, then ask your insurance company if it is covered if the room is left completely open. Don't even think of the hassle if you accidentally left your passport in your room). The barely adequate shower ran between tepid and scalding before 7pm and freezing after 7.30pm. The very helpful pharmacist who dispensed the antibiotic and steroid ointment for my eye infection said it was probably caused by water from the shower, as I hadn't used the pool, but I didn't mention the damp, smelly 4-day old towels in the room. Self catering for us is a coffee in the morning and a beer before bed, but there was zero cutlery, not even a spoon, and only one mug. If you do want to cater for yourself it won't be possible here. Unfortunately, these aren't the worst features of these apartments: without doubt, the rude, unwelcoming behaviour of the owner is the biggest disgrace of all as she publicly embarrasses herself and her victims, sorry guests, at every opportunity. Good points: the fridge, and air con (5 euros per night), worked efficiently and unobtrusively, unlike the rest of the hotel or it's management. AVOID.

Would not recommend, miserable staff, sheets changed just once in the week, had to ask for towels, no guests used the bar everyone went out else where, pool very nice , rooms ok but not cleaned well, after cleaner came in once I the week, I moved the table by side of bed and that's where she brushed the dirt from the floor, I am not a person who normally writes bad reviews. Dispute the accomodation hear we still had a good holiday in resort but will never stay here again.

Just stayed for a week and had a brilliant time Sandra is a lovely lady and can't do be more helpful can't speak much English but we had a laugh with her . The pool is lovely and apartments are basic but clean all in all good places to stay
