Το πρόβλημα λύθηκε τελικά. Τα ξωτικά του Αι-Βασίλη έκαναν ότι έπρεπε και έσωσαν τα Χριστούγεννα (των παιδιών μου).
Εμπειρία από το e-shop:
1 Δεκεμβρίου κάλεσα και ρωτησα αν υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα του προϊοντος. Αφού με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι το προϊον υπάρχει στην αποθήκη, πλήρωσα με καταθεση και εστειλα το αποδεικτικό κατάθεσης. ΟΥΔΕΠΟΤΕ έλαβα e-mail επιβεβαίωσης.
Με κάλεσε 9!!! Δεκεμβρίου να απολογηθεί που δεν τα είχε στείλει και με διαβεβαίωσε ότι την άλλη μερα το πρωί θα αποσταλλουν με μεταφορική (όχι κουριερ).
Δευτέρα 15 Δεκεμβρίου (με περιθώριο 5 ημερών δηλαδή) πήγα στην μεταφορική να παραλάβω και διαπιστωσαμε ότι ουδεποτε έστειλαν οτιδήποτε.
Από χθες δεν βγαινει στο τηλέφωνο.
Υποψιάζομαι ότι ΔΕΝ είχε διαθεσιμότητα και με διαβεβαίωσε ΨΕΥΔΩΣ για το αντίθετο. Δεν αποκλείεται να κινηθώ με εξώδικό πλέον.

The problem was finally solved. Santa's elves did the right thing and saved Christmas (for my children).
Experience from the e-shop:
December 1 I called and asked if the product is available. After assuring me that the product is in stock, I paid by deposit and sent the deposit receipt. I NEVER received a confirmation email.
He called me 9 !!! December to apologize for not sending them and assuring me that the next morning they will be shipped by courier (not courier).
On Monday, December 15 (with a margin of 5 days) I went to the transport company to pick up and we found out that they never sent anything.
He has not been on the phone since yesterday.
I suspect he was NOT available and he falsely assured me otherwise. It is not ruled out that I will move out of court anymore.
