M	Maria Pantze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συγχαρητήρια θερμά. Είστε άψογοι επαγγελματίες και άνθρωποι. Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση, εμπειρότατοι στις αιμοληψίες. Δεν ταλαιπωρήσατε καθόλου τον μικρό μας(2χρόνων). Ευχαριστούμε πολύ. Μετά από 3,5 χρόνια, παραμένει η αξιολόγησή μου, ίδια!!!! Εξαιρετικοί όλοι οι συνεργάτες. Φιλικοί, υπομονετικοί και γλυκίτατοι με το 5,5 χρόνων γιό μου, πήγαμε με ραντεβού και ο χρόνο αναμονής ήταν ελάχιστος. Congratulations warmly. You are impeccable professionals and people. Excellent service, very experienced in blood sampling. You did not bother our little one (2 years old) at all. Thank you. After 3.5 years, my evaluation remains the same !!!! All partners are excellent. Friendly, patient and sweet with my 5.5 year old son, we went on a date and the waiting time was minimal.

Πλήρωσαν διπλή τιμή το τεστ, πήραν το αποτέλεσμα μετά από μιάμιση ώρα και δέχτηκαν αγενή συμπεριφορά από το προσωπικό! Unacceptable behavior! This morning my son and my mother went for a Rapid Test to attend his class. They paid double the price of the test, got the result after an hour and a half and accepted rude behavior from the staff!

Παρ ότι ήταν η πρώτη αιμοληψία που έκανε ο μικρός όλα πήγαν τέλεια και σε χρόνο ρεκόρ χωρίς πολλά κλαματα... Εννοείται πως θα σας ξανά προτιμήσουμε και ευχαριστώ πολύ για την κατανόηση της κατάστασης... Very polite staff especially from the child at the reception who helped me finish an hour earlier as my little son kept whining. Although it was the first blood draw that the little one did, everything went perfectly and in record time without much crying ... Of course we will prefer you again and thank you very much for understanding the situation ...
k	kaly papa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έγκυος στον ένατο μήνα με είχαν να περιμένω στην πόρτα τουλάχιστον ένα 10λεπτο για να εξυπηρετηθώ και ταυτόχρονα φώναζαν εάν υπάρχουν κλεισμένα ραντεβού ενώ μετά από εμένα δεν υπήρχε κανένας. Επίσης είναι πάρα πολύ αργοί ως προς την έκδοση αποτελεσμάτων και αν θελήσεις να πάρεις τηλέφωνο πολύ δύσκολα να βρεις κάποιον να σηκώσει την γραμμή. Σίγουρα δεν θα το επισκεφτώ ξανά! δ	δωρα σταθη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο. Τους τηλεφωνησα για να ενημερωθώ σχετικα με την διενεργεια μοριακου τεστ covid, μου ειπαν τηλεφωνικα οτι διεξάγονται μεχρι τις 11:30 -12. Εφτασα απο την αλλη ακρη της πόλης στις 11:10 και η απαντηση τους ηταν..."τα σταματησαμε νωριτερα". Τους ειπα οτι σας τηλεφωνησα κλπ κλπ...και αγεναστατα απαντησε η υπαλληλος "ε τι να κανουμε...σταματησαν νωρις για σημερα". Unacceptable. I called them to find out about the covid molecular test, they told me by phone that they are conducted until 11:30 -12. I arrived from the other side of town at 11:10 and their answer was ... "we stopped earlier". I told them that I called you etc etc ... and the employee answered rudely "what can we do ... they stopped early for today".
D	Despina Odussea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγένεια. Λανθασμένα θετικό τεστ rapid. Αργοπορία 1 ημέρας να περάσουν το τεστ, με αποτέλεσμα να περαστεί μετά το PCR και να φαίνομαι θετική! Μετά από 2 αρνητικά PCR και 90 ευρώ (εννοείται σε άλλο μικροβιολογικό), άγχος, ταλαιπωρία, χωρίς να έχω τη δυνατότητα να πάω στη δουλειά μου για 3 μέρες, πρέπει να πω ότι δε θα ξανα-περάσω ούτε από έξω. Σύμφωνα με τον ΕΟΔΥ και τον Πανελλήνιο Σύνδεσμο Ιατρικών Διαγνωστικών Κέντρων, για να βγει ένα rapid λανθασμένα θετικό η πιθανότητα είναι 0.05% εκτός αν δεν τηρηθεί η σωστή διαδικασία ή δεν είναι κατάλληλος ο εξοπλισμός του εργαστηρίου. d	despoina kehagia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΛΑΘΟΣ αποτελέσματα σε ραμπιτ τεστ σε παιδί με διπλή λήψη δείγματος παρακαλώ το πεντάχρονο! Κ ενώ είναι θετικό (βγάλαμε κ ραμπιτ κ σελφ τεστ θετικά αλλού φυσικά!) εκεί βγαίνει αρνητικό! Να πάει δλδ το παιδί σχολείο κ να κολλήσει άλλα δέκα.... Ότι να ναι. Λυπάμαι πολύ γιατί τελικά όλα για το χρήμα γίνονται.. WRONG rabbit test results in a child with double sampling please the five year old!
