★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 αστέρια για την ποιότητα των προϊόντων και το κόστος τους.0 αστέρι για την άθλια εξυπηρέτηση απο τα γραφεία όσο αφορά την καταχώρηση παραγγελίας λιανικής.Ενδεικτικά αναφέρω ότι στην πρόσφατη επικοινωνία που είχα για κάποιο προϊόν το οποίο δεν γνώριζαν αν θα είναι διαθέσιμο,ζήτησα αν γίνεται να δώσω ένα τηλέφωνο για να με ενημερώσουν στην περίπτωση που θα ήταν διαθέσιμο.Η απάντηση της κυρίας που το σήκωσε ήταν ότι θα το χάσει,και εφόσον της είπα ότι είμαι πελάτης.μου είπε συμπληρωματικά ..ότι όταν κάποια στιγμή πάω θα μου πούνε!!!!!!Χρονια Πάει αυτό το βιολί...κρίμα!!!
5 stars for the quality of the products and their cost.0 star for the miserable service from the offices regarding the registration of a retail order. It is possible for me to give a phone number to inform me in case it would be available. The answer of the lady who picked it up was that she would lose it, and since I told her that I am a customer. !!!!!! This violin has been gone for years ... a pity !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cela fait plusieurs fois que j'achète des boîtes de feuille de vigne farcies au riz dans un magasin bio de ma ville et dont le RIZ N'EST PAS CUIT !!! qu'est-ce que je fais je le REcuit et je vais ramasser des feuilles de vigne pour les refaire ??????À presque 5 € la boîte ça me fait mal au ....quand même !!
Que me proposez-vous ?!??
Et est-ce qu'à l'avenir vous pouvez être plus VIGILANTS quant à la cuisson du riz merci
It's been several times that I buy boxes of grape leaves stuffed with rice in an organic store in my city and whose RICE IS NOT COOKED!!! what do I do I cook it again and I'm going to pick up vine leaves to redo them ?????? At almost 5 € a box it hurts my .... anyway !!
What do you offer me?!??
And in the future can you be more VIGILANT about cooking rice thank you
