★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Και 1 αστέρι είναι πολύ. Είχα 9:45 ραντεβου για rapid test για να μπορέσω να πάρω το αποτέλεσμα να επισκεφθώ οικείο πρόσωπο σε οίκο ευγηρίας. Περίμενα μέχρι 10:10 στην ουρά και όταν ρώτησα για ποιο λόγο ενώ έχω ραντεβού περιμένω στην ουρά μου απάντησαν ότι προηγούνται οι αιμοληψίες. Μην παίζεται με την νοημοσύνη μας κύριοι αντιεπαγγελματίες. Μπροστά μ 2 άτομα μόνο έκαναν αιμοληψία και οι υπόλοιποι ήταν για παραλαβή εξετάσεων και παράδοση ούρων. Αν δεν μπορείτε να εξυπηρετήσετε τα ραντεβού στην ώρα τους να μην κλείνετε ραντεβού. Μέχρι και στις τράπεζες που εξυπηρετούν πολύ μεγαλύτερο όγκο πολιτών τα ραντεβού δεν περιμένουν στην ουρά. Βγείτε εκτός Ληξουρίου και δείτε πως λειτουργούν τα μικροβιολογικα κέντρα. Αν δεν μπορείτε να ανταπεξέλθετε πάρτε επιπλέον προσωπικό
And 1 star is a lot. I had a 9:45 appointment for a rapid test so I could get the result of visiting a familiar person in a nursing home. I waited until 10:10 in the queue and when I asked why while I have an appointment I am waiting in the queue they answered that the blood sampling precedes. Do not play with our intelligence, ladies and gentlemen. In front m 2 people only took blood samples and the rest were for examinations and urine delivery. If you can not make appointments on time do not make an appointment. Even in banks that serve a much larger number of citizens, appointments do not wait in line. Get out of Lixouri and see how the microbiological centers work. If you can not afford it get extra staff
