★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα αστέρι γτ δεν μπορούσα να βάλω λιγότερο! Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά! Περιμένουμε τα αποτελέσματα δύο μέρες σε μια απλή εξέταση! Το τηλέφωνό τους το σηκώνουν οπότε τους βολεψει! Ηταν ενημερωμένοι από την αρχή για την ιδιαίτεροτητα του ασθενούς. Αν δεν μπορούν να ανταποκριθουν ας το έλεγαν από την αρχή! Τους κυνηγάμε για μια απλή απάντηση! Σιγουρα δεν το προτείνω αν επείγει το πρόβλημα!! Μη επαγγελματιες, μη αποτελεσματικοι, μη εμπιστοσύνης!

They were informed from the beginning about the particularity of the patient. If they can not respond let them say so from the beginning! We chase them for a simple answer! I definitely do not recommend it if the problem is urgent !! Unprofessional, inefficient, distrustful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις σοβαρές επιχειρήσεις οι υπάλληλοι αναλαμβάνουν αμέσως την ευθύνη πιθανών λαθών και παραλείψεων, ζητούν αμέσως ευγενικά συγγνώμη, δεν «αδειάζουν» τους συναδέλφους τους, δεν μιλούν με αγένεια, καταβάλλουν κάθε προσπάθεια για την εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη που υφίσταται τις συνέπειες του λάθους της εταιρείας στην οποία εργάζονται. ΙΔΙΑΙΤΕΡΩΣ όταν η εταιρεία παρέχει υπηρεσίες υγείας και ο πελάτης είναι ένας άνθρωπος που αντιμετωπίζει πρόβλημα υγείας.
Δυστυχώς, όλα αυτά δεν συνέβησαν όταν χρειαστήκαμε επειγόντως τις υπηρεσίες της Βιοδιάγνωσης Σιθωνίας (οι λεπτομέρειες δεν έχουν ιδιαίτερη σημασία).
Εξαίρεση στη δυσμενή εικόνα της εταιρείας και στη δυσάρεστη εμπειρία μας, η υπάλληλος που, έστω και με καθυστέρηση, ανέλαβε λεκτικά την ευθύνη του λάθους της το οποίο υπήρξε η αιτία του προβλήματος.
Αυτό βέβαια δεν ανατρέπει την ενόχλησή μας από την κακή και ανεύθυνη διαχείριση της κατάστασης.
In serious companies, employees immediately take responsibility for possible mistakes and omissions, immediately apologize politely, do not "empty" their colleagues, do not speak rudely, make every effort to serve the customer who suffers the consequences of the company's mistake in which they work. ESPECIALLY when the company provides health services and the customer is a person with a health problem.
Unfortunately, all this did not happen when we urgently needed the services of Sithonia Biodiagnosis (details do not matter).
An exception to the unfavorable image of the company and to our unpleasant experience, the employee who, albeit belatedly, verbally took responsibility for her mistake which was the cause of the problem.
Of course, this does not deter us from the annoyance of poor and irresponsible management of the situation.
