Μίλησα το πρωί με κάποιον από το ιατρείο γιατί ήθελα να κάνω μια εξέταση, την ΔF 508 κυστική ίνωση και με διαβεβαίωσαν πως η συμμετοχή είναι μηδενική και μπορώ να περάσω ότι ώρα θέλω να την κάνω.
Όταν έφτασα εκεί μου είπαν ότι θα έπρεπε να είχα πάει μέχρι τις 10:30 οπότε θα έπρεπε να ξαναπεράσω την Τρίτη(λόγω Καθαράς Δευτέρας) και ότι η εξέταση θα κόστιζε 40€ επιπλέον γιατί τα στέλνουν σε άλλο εργαστήριο και η μεταφορά δεν καλύπτεται από τον ΕΟΠΥΥ.
Να σημειώσω ότι ερχόμουνα από Ναύπακτο και χρειάστηκε να περάσω την γέφυρα (27€ πήγαινε έλα) για το τίποτα.
Στην Ναύπακτο που δεν δέχονταν καθόλου την συνταγογράφηση του ΕΟΠΥΥ η συγκεκριμένη εξέταση μου κόστιζε 65€, για αυτό οι πληροφορίες που δεν μου έδωσαν στο τηλέφωνο ήταν πολύ σημαντικές για εμένα.
Παρά τις φιλότιμες προσπάθειες της κοπέλας που ήταν στο ιατρείο εκείνη την στιγμή, που ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενική παρά το γεγονός που ήμουν απότομη μαζί της, είμαι εξωργισμένη με την απαράδεκτη απόκρυψη πληροφοριών (έστω και αν έγινε από άγνοια).
I left completely disappointed!
I spoke in the morning with someone from the doctor's office because I wanted to do an examination, the DF 508 cystic fibrosis and they assured me that the participation is zero and I can spend any time I want to do it.
When I got there I was told that I should have gone by 10:30 so I would have to go again on Tuesday (due to Shrove Monday) and that the test would cost an extra € 40 because they send them to another lab and the transfer is not covered by ΕΟΠΥΥ.
To note that I was coming from Nafpaktos and I had to cross the bridge (27 € go come) for nothing.
In Nafpaktos, which did not accept the EOPYY prescription at all, the specific examination cost me € 65, so the information they did not give me on the phone was very important to me.
Despite the ambitious efforts of the girl who was in the office at the time, who was very kind despite the fact that I was abrupt with her, I am outraged by the unacceptable concealment of information (even if it was done out of ignorance).
