Συγκεκριμένα για να δώσω μια περιγραφή: Έψαχνα συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο από σιφώνι μπάνιου και λόγω κακής συνεννόησης έπρεπε να το βρώ αυθημερόν. Καλώ το κατάστημα που είναι στην Τρίπολη ενώ εγώ Αθήνα και μου λένε οτι μπορούν να το στείλουν με ΚΤΕΛ για να το έχω άμεσα. Πράγμα άψογο για μένα καθώς μου έλυνε το πρόβλημα. Τελικά λόγω κακής εκτίμησης (όλα λάθος!) το σιφώνι δεν έκανε. Το επέστρεψα σε πολύ λίγες ημέρες πίσω και με άμεση επιστροφή χρημάτων. Για μένα αυτό το κάνει επαγγελματίας που σέβεται τον εαυτό του και έχει αυτοπεποίθηση για αυτο που είναι. Συνεπώς κατάλαβα πως έχω να κάνω με αξιοπρεπές κατάστημα που όπως είπα σίγουρα θα επισκεφτώ μελλοντικά. Professionals, prompt service, understanding and service again! I call the store that is in Tripoli while I am in Athens and they tell me that they can send it by bus so that I can have it immediately. Flawless for me as it solved my problem. Eventually due to poor evaluation (all wrong!) The pipette did not. I returned it in a very few days back and with immediate refund. For me, this is done by a professional who respects himself and is confident in what he is. So I realized that I was dealing with a decent store that I said I would definitely visit in the future.
