★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to go through hell to get them to send me my test results via email.
Not that I need to explain myself but I needed the results because I was abroad and I needed to show the tests to another doctor in order to give me my therapy.
To top that: It is IMPOSSIBLE to find their email address on the website!!! I was calling for hours and nobody picked up.... so I couldn't get in touch with them. I have no words....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just one piece of advice, find any other lab for blood tests etc because reception desk has some incompetent and dangerously irresponsible people who make errors (because they rely on their own judgment) and unfortunately not mistakes (which can be fixed)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called for information about an examination I have to do, they answered promptly, with her last name, politely, gave me instructions about the procedure and informed me about the cost. The next day was much different. The cost was 33€. After a short discussion I left and went at another address of the same company, where they informed me about a special discount of the day, where I paid 6€. I wonder discounts are company wide, or at every address is different?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a reasonably good diagnostic center in Pallini. The staff seems really unhappy to be there. The service is adequate and you can make appointments within a reasonable time frame. Not enough parking due to the location. Overall going there for your tests can be convenient and you get the job done. Nothing special though.
