Y	Yiota Mavropoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις 28 Μαρτίου από τις 18:30 εώς τις 19:00 προσπαθούσα να έρθω σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία μαζί σας για να επιβεβαιώσω ότι τα αποτελέσματα μας ήταν έτοιμα. Δε μου απάντησε ποτέ κανείς, οπότε ξεκίνησα να έρθω. 19:15 βρισκόμουν εκεί. Μπαίνοντας είδα 5 άτομα σε αναμονή και 3 υπαλλήλους. Μόνο μία εξ' αυτών εξυπηρετούσε. Οι άλλες δύο μιλούσαν μεταξύ τους στο τηλέφωνο(γκισέ 4+5). Αφού περίμενα πάνω από τέταρτο και παρακολουθούσα τις 2 να δω αν θα συγκινηθούνε ήρθε και ο αναμενόμενος εκνευρισμός. Απευθύνθηκα στη μοναδική υπάλληλο που δούλευε η οποία πολύ στωικά άκουσε ότι είχα να πω. Μετά τη φασαρία συγκινήθηκαν και οι άλλες 2 και επιτέλους έκλεισαν το τηλέφωνο και άρχισαν να εξυπηρετούν. Εφόσον πήρα τα αποτελέσματα θέλησα να μάθω το όνομα της υπαλλήλου σας για να το αναφέρω και δημόσια καθώς η ευγένειά της, η ανοχή της και η εξυπηρέτηση της είναι αυτό που σας έσωσε εκείνο το απόγευμα. Στοιχεία που πρέπει να διέπουν όλο το προσωπικό σας καθώς ο κλάδος σας απευθύνετε σε ένα ευαίσθητο κοινό. Από την Αναστασία λοιπόν θα πρέπει να παραδειγματιστούν και οι κοπέλες που ήταν στη βάρδια εκείνο το απόγευμα. Ευχαριστώ πολύ, για άλλη μια φορά, την Αναστασία. On March 28 from 18:30 to 19:00 I was trying to get in touch with you by phone to confirm that our results were ready. Nobody ever answered me, so I started coming. 19:15 I was there. Upon entering I saw 5 people waiting and 3 employees. Only one of them served. The other two were talking to each other on the phone (counter 4 + 5). After I waited for more than a quarter and watched the 2 to see if they would be moved, the expected irritation came. I turned to the only employee who worked who very stoically heard what I had to say. After the commotion, the other 2 were moved and finally hung up the phone and started serving. Once I got the results I wanted to know the name of your employee to mention it publicly as her kindness, tolerance and service is what saved you that afternoon. Elements that should govern all your staff as your industry addresses a sensitive audience. So the girls who were on shift that afternoon should be exemplified by Anastasia. A	Athanasia Pa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ θα ξεκινήσω απο το θετικό. Η κοπέλα στην γραμματεία που με εξυπηρέτησε πολύ ευγενική. Ωστόσο η συνολική μου εμπειρία κάκιστη. Συνεννοήθηκα μαζί τους τηλεφωνικά για ραντεβού υπέρηχου μαστού και όντας έγκυος μου είπαν ότι διαθέτουν ακτινολόγο που αναλαμβάνει εγκύους. Μετά απο ένα μήνα αναμονής , όταν πήγα στο ραντεβού μου, ο ακτινολόγος ,δια αντιπροσώπου, μέσω της κοπέλας της γραμματείας,(ούτε καν μπήκε στον κόπο ο ίδιος να με ενημερώσει) ότι δεν αναλαμβάνει εγκύους εκτός εάν υπάρχει περίπτωση και ενδειξη για κάποιο καρκίνο. Το λιγότερο απαράδεκτος. Πως θα γίνει η διάγνωση κύριε εάν δεν προηγηθεί πρώτα η εξέταση; Επίσης, εάν δεν αναλαμβάνεται εγκύους γιατί δεν με ενημερώσατε τηλεφωνικά εξ αρχής; Επρεπε χάσω έναν μήνα αναμονής μέχρι το ραντεβού και να ταλαιπωρηθώ να έρθω στο διαγνωστικό κέντρο ,στην κατάσταση μου , για να μου το πείτε; Πολύ αντιεππαγγελματική συμπεριφορά. I will start with the positive. The girl in the secretariat who served me very kindly. However, my overall experience was bad. I consulted with them by phone about an ultrasound appointment and while I was pregnant they told me that they have a radiologist who takes care of pregnant women. After a month of waiting, when I went to my appointment, the radiologist, through a representative, through the girl of the secretariat, (he did not even bother to inform me) that he does not take pregnant women unless there is a case and indication of some cancer. The least unacceptable. How will the diagnosis be made, sir, if the examination is not preceded first? Also, if she is not pregnant, why did not you inform me by phone from the beginning? Did I have to miss a month of waiting until the appointment and bother to come to the diagnostic center, in my condition, to tell me? Very unprofessional behavior.
E	Evangelia Mitsa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to take your results after ages you found the perfect spot. Why people promise if they can’t simply follow the dates? I selected the following company since my father is using them for ages and due to the fact that they promised soon results. If only I knew I wouldn’t go. Moreover the phone centre doesn’t communicate properly, they connect you to different departments and you have to say again and again the same story. Plus their system crushes a lot (as per previous reviews), why you can’t simply upgrade or find alternatives, since the system is a big failure? NEVER EVER AGAIN

We got our results printed and by email within half an hour. Very polite and friendly staff. I highly recommend them.

N	Natasha Vag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got an antigen test before travelling. It was hard booking an appointment because you can only do it by phone and they don't pick up. Had to call the Central offices in Athens and they redirected my call. My test results were supposed to be emailed within an hour. But 40 mins later I received an smr on my phone with a code . No email. I thought I had to download the results from somewhere but couldn't find anything on their website. After an hour and 10 mins from the swap I got the email with the results, no need for the code . The way they organize seems to me super complicated, but hey at least I got my results. The staff that assisted me were polite and helpful.
A	Adamantia Keki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling service. I have chosen this facility for their rapid covid testing service. I have been promised that results would be send via email attachment as a password protected pdf and I have been given a pin code to access this. Whilst I received the email as promised, the pin code given is invalid and I cannot access my results. I have been trying to call them repeatedly, with no luck, and have been on hold for over 45 mins. Eventually, I had to drive down to Bioiatriki again, where the staff was very rude and refused to provide me with a new pin code to access my results. They have eventually given me a print out of my results and when I insisted that I need this as a digital copy to upload to the airline's website ahead of my flight as requested by my airline, they refused again. They advised that I log in to the gov.gr Taxis website where my covid certificate would be registered by them, and download this. Turns out that they have not registered my results as confirmed and this cannot be found. Massive inconvenience, Horrible service and attitude. Would definitely not recommend.
