K	Kyriaki Pan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι το μόνο διαγνωστικό στην Ελλάδα που ζητάει ταυτότητα για να κάνεις μια εξέταση (αν τη ζητούσε μόνο για την παραλαβή των αποτελεσμάτων θα το καταλάβαινα). Ενώ είχα κανονικά το παραπεμπτικό, και το πιστοποιητικό εμβολιασμού το οποίο θα μπορούσαν να σκανάρουν. Ζητούσαν έγγραφο με φωτογραφία...! Ταλαιπωρήθηκα έχοντας πρόβλημα στη μετακίνηση και έδωσα άδικα 10 ευρώ σε ταξί. Μόλις έχασαν έναν πελάτη. Ας τους εξηγήσει κάποιος ότι στο Περιστέρι, υπάρχουν άλλα 10 σε κοντινή απόσταση. Ποτέ ξανά... It is the only diagnostic in Greece that requires an ID to do an examination (if it asked only for the receipt of the results I would understand). While I normally had the referral, and the vaccination certificate which they could scan. They were asking for a document with a photo ...! I suffered having trouble getting around and unjustly gave 10 euros to a taxi. They just lost a customer. Let someone explain to them that in Peristeri, there are 10 more nearby. Never again...
Ρ	ΡΕΝΑ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ το ενα αστεράκι είναι πάρα πολυ! 1. το τηλ. το απαντάνε πολύ δύσκολα ούτε δημόσια υπηρεσία έτσι!2. κανένα μέτρο για covid σε όλο τον χώρο υπήρχε μόνο ένα αντισηπτικό στα ταμεία στα οποία ήταν αρκετά βαριεστημένες . 3. Πάμε στην εξέταση. Πήγα για triplex καρδιάς. το δωμάτιο το ένοιωθες βρώμικο το χαρτάκι ήταν σαν να είχε ξεμείνει απο τον προηγούμενο ασθενή. δεν είχα που να ακουμπήσω τα ρούχα μου και ο γιατρός δεν μου έδωσε χρόνο να αλλάξω στο δωμάτιο ούτε στην αρχή ούτε στο τέλος της εξέτ ασης. Όλα ένοιωθες οτι γίνονται στα πρόχειρα. Απογοήτευση μεγάλη ποτέ ξανα!!! one star is too much! 1. the phone is very difficult to answer nor public service like that! 2. no measures for covid in the whole area there was only one antiseptic in the coffers in which they were quite bored. 3. Let's go to the exam. I went for a heart triplex. the room felt dirty the paper was as if it had run out of the previous patient. I had nowhere to put my clothes and the doctor did not give me time to change in the room either at the beginning or at the end of the examination. Everything felt like it was done in drafts. Great disappointment never again !!!

Πήγαμε να πάρουν αίμα στην 11 μηνών κόρη μας και ενώ είχα τηλεφωνήσει αν υπάρχει εξειδικευμένο προσωπικό και μας είχαν πει Ναι όταν πήγαμε εκεί η κοπέλα ήταν προφανώς ανιδικευτη και φάνηκε από το άγχος που είχε δεν μπορούσε να διαχειριστεί την κατάσταση Ούτε και το μωρό με αποτέλεσμα το ταλαιπώρησε για 3 λεπτά με την σύριγγα μέσα στο χεράκι του και να μην πάρει σταγόνα αίμα φυσικά. Ήταν αγενεστατη και πολύ ψυχρή. Φυσικά και έκανα παράπονο και στην διεύθυνση και εύχομαι να προσέξουν το προσωπικο τουλάχιστον σε ό,τι αφορά βρέφη. Away mothers with their children. K	Konstantinos Kokkalis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χρειάστηκε να κάνω κάποιες εξετάσεις και τα περισσότερα μικροβιολογικά κέντρα ή δεν τις έκαναν μέσω ΕΟΠΥΥ ή δεν είχαν ραντεβού εντός προθεσμίας της συνταγογράφησης. Στη βιοϊατρική Περιστερίου βρήκα όχι μόνο άμεσα διαθέσιμο ραντεβού αλλά και διευκόλυνση να κάνω και τις δύο εξετάσεις μου την ίδια μέρα και ώρα. Διαβάζοντας τις προηγούμενες αξιολογήσεις ήμουν επιφυλακτικός στο τι θα αντιμετωπίσω. Η αλήθεια όμως είναι εντελώς διαφορετική απ'ότι παρουσιάζεται. Από τη πρώτη μου επαφή με το συγκεκριμένο κέντρο, που πήρα τηλέφωνο να κλείσω ραντεβού, η κοπέλα που μιλήσαμε ήταν και ευγενική και πολύ εξυπηρετική. Και όταν ήρθε η ώρα του ραντεβού μου, πάλι και στη γραμματεία και με τους γιατρούς έμεινα απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος, ενώ και για τις εξετάσεις μου τηρήθηκε η ώρα που είχαμε κανονίσει. Για να γράψω την κριτική μου περίμενα να πάρω και τα αποτελέσματα ώστε να είμαι σίγουρος ότι όλα θα πάνε καλά. Και όντως, όπως μου είχαν πει, την επόμενη μέρα το απόγευμα τα αποτελέσματα ήταν έτοιμα χωρίς καμία καθυστέρηση ή λάθος. Προσωπικά έμεινα απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος (παραθέτω φωτογραφία με τις εξετάσεις ώστε να μην υπάρχει αμφιβολία ότι όντως επισκέφτηκα το κέντρο). I had to do some tests and most of the microbiological centers either did not do them through EOPYY or did not have an appointment within the prescription deadline. At Peristeri biomedicine I found not only an appointment immediately available but also a facility to do both my examinations on the same day and time. Reading the previous reviews I was skeptical about what I would face. But the truth is completely different from what is presented. From my first contact with this center, when I got on the phone to make an appointment, the girl we talked to was both polite and very helpful. And when it came time for my appointment, again at the secretariat and with the doctors I was completely happy, while for my examinations the time we had arranged was observed. To write my review I was waiting to get the results so I can be sure that everything will go well. And indeed, as I was told, the next afternoon the results were ready without any delay or error. Personally, I was completely satisfied (I quote a photo with the exams so that there is no doubt that I actually visited the center).
