E	Emmanouela Mpelechaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εμπειρία από το συγκεκριμένο διαγνωστικό ήταν πολύ άσχημη και τις 3 φορές που το επισκέφθηκα. Ενδεικτικα να αναφέρω ότι Σάββατο πήγα για rapid test και ενώ βγήκε το αποτέλεσμα την ίδια ημέρα έως και την Δευτέρα το πρωί δεν το είχαν αναρτήσει στο gov.gr με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορώ να μπω στην εταιρία μου. Επιπλέον ενώ προσπαθούσα να επικοινωνήσω τηλεφωνικά για να δω τι είχε συμβεί μου έκλειναν το τηλέφωνο οποτε αναγκάστηκα να πάω από εκεί για να ακούσω κιόλας ότι δεν ήταν δίκη τους δουλειά να το αναρτήσουν. Δεν θα το ξανά επισκεφτώ σίγουρα! The experience from this particular diagnostic was very bad all 3 times I visited it. Indicatively, I should mention that on Saturday I went for a rapid test and while the result came out the same day until Monday morning, they did not post it on gov.gr, as a result of which I could not enter my company. In addition, while I was trying to contact them by phone to see what had happened, they hung up my phone, so I had to go from there to hear that it was not their job to post it. I will definitely not visit it again!
t	trikala greece on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το προτιμώ πάντα! Δεν ξέρω τι είδους απαιτήσεις (προφανώς υπέρμετρες) έχει ο κόσμος εκεί έξω όμως στο τηλέφωνο αλλά και στην υποδοχή οι κυρίες είναι ευγενέστατες. Έχω τύχει σε γιατρούς με πολύ χιούμορ. Το ζητούμενο ΠΑΝΤΑ είναι να σπάσεις το πάγο. Προφανώς δεν τον κατέχουν πολλοί..... I always prefer it! I do not know what kind of demands (obviously excessive) the people out there have, but on the phone and at the reception, the ladies are very kind. I have met doctors with a lot of humor. The ALWAYS question is to break the ice. Obviously not many people own it .....
D	Dey B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το αίσθημα της ασφάλειας, η ποιότητα σε ιατρικές διαγνώσεις και η στοιχειώδης ευγένεια είναι πρωτευούσης σημασίας για ένα διαγνωστικό κέντρο και τη διαχείριση των ασθενών του, ιδίως όταν οι τελευταίοι βρίσκονται σε ευάλωτη θέση και πληρώνουν αδρά για τις παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες. Το ακτινολογικό δίδυμο (Π.Τ. και Π.Σ.) ήταν προσβλητικό και αγενές. Η ηλικία και το επίθετό μου δεν σημειώθηκαν ορθά επί της διαγνώσεως. Ο δε ακτινολόγος έκανε λανθασμένη/ανεπαρκή διάγνωση σε μια εξέταση που κάνω επί σειρά ετών και δεν προέβη σε επανεξέταση για επιβεβαίωση. Το ραντεβού καθυστέρησε και λόγω αυτού, η εξέταση διεξήχθη επιπόλαια (κοινώς, στο πόδι). Τέλος, κι ενώ δεν είχα καν σηκωθεί, είχε ήδη ανοίξει την πόρτα για τον επόμενο. Θετικά: Οι κυρίες στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν ευγενείς. Ο χώρος καθαρός. A sense of security, quality in medical diagnoses and basic courtesy are paramount for a diagnostic center and its patient management, especially when the latter are in a vulnerable position and pay poorly for the services provided. The radiological duo (PT and PS) was offensive and rude. My age and last name were not correctly noted on the diagnosis. The radiologist made a wrong / inadequate diagnosis in an examination I have been doing for a number of years and did not conduct a re-examination for confirmation. The appointment was delayed and because of this, the examination was conducted superficially (commonly, on foot). Finally, while I had not even gotten up, he had already opened the door for the next one. Pros: The ladies at the front desk were polite. The place is clean.

Αργούν σχετικά ακόμα και για απλά πράγματα, και όλα στοιχίζουν δεόντως ακριβά. Χώρος για πάρκινγκ μπροστά από την είσοδο μόνο, κι αυτό αν είστε τυχεροί. Neither cold nor hot. Ενώ της εξήγησα το ιστορικό μου και το λόγο των εξετάσεων, έκανε πολύ απότομες κινήσεις. Στην προσπάθεια μου δε να της πω ότι με πονάει, ξεφυσηξε και εκνευρισμένη μου ειπε να κρατάω η ΙΔΙΑ τα όργανα για την εξέταση. Δεν ξέρω αν υπήρχε κάποια εμπαθεια απέναντι μου, αλλά δεν έχω νιώσει χειρότερο σε εξέταση, τόσο σωμάτικα όσο και ψυχολογικά. Unacceptable diagnostic. Terribly uncomfortable experience. Apart from the courtesy at the reception, the unacceptable radiologist did not perform the examination because the patient did not cooperate but was paid as if they were doing the examination.
Π	ΠΑΠΑΔΑΤΟΣ ΜΑΚΗΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσωπικά δεν το έχω επισκεφτεί ποτέ, αλλά το έχει επισκεφτεί άτομο από το στενό μου περιβάλλον και έμεινε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένο. Πέντε αστέρια δεν βάζω σχεδόν ποτέ εφόσον αυτό σημαίνει το τέλειο. Θα μπορουσα να βάλω τέσσερα ωστόσο επειδή διακρίνω μια μικρή αλαζονεία στις αρνητικές κριτικές και έλλειψη ανθρωποκεντρικής συμπεριφοράς βάζω 3 αστεράκια ελπίζοντας να μου δώσουν την ευκαιρία να βελτιώσω την κριτική μου.
