Εκτός από το πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό, θα ήθελα να δώσω τα συγχαρητήρια μου, στη πολύ ευγενική και ενημερωμένη ιατρό ακτινοδιαγνώστη κ. Παπαευθυμίου Σταυρούλα. Τέτοιοι γιατροί και προπαντώς Άνθρωποι, χρειάζονται στην κοινωνία μας. Και πάλι συγχαρητήρια !!!!! Today I did various exams at Biotype in Galatsi and I was completely satisfied. Τσατσαρωνη για την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση και ευγένεια της. Συνεχίστε ετσι!!! Very good diagnostic center !! One of the best in Galatsi !! Flawless staff !! Σ	Σ Μ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε όλα τα προηγούμενα που το χρειάστηκα εξαιρετικό.Στα pcr όμως είναι 1 άτομο για να λάβει δείγμα, κόψει απόδειξη κτλ και είμαστε 5 άτομα 1 ώρα και περιμένουμε ακόμα παρόλο που 1 άτομο ήδη έφυγε από την ουρά.. In all the previous ones I needed it excellent. But in pcr it is 1 person to take a sample, cut a receipt etc and we are 5 people 1 hour and we are still waiting even though 1 person has already left the queue ..

Όλες οι κοπέλες στη γραμματεία εξαιρετικές.Μια κοπέλα που με βοήθησε με υπομονή στο ραντεβού μου,η Μαριαν, η κυρία που έκανε υπερηχο στο εγγονάκι μου, ήταν τόσο ευγενικές που με συγκίνησαν πολύ.Συγχαρητηρια σε όλους! Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! Ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ! I was very pleased with the courtesy of all the staff. All the girls in the secretariat are excellent. Αφού δεν κοιμηθήκαμε, εξωτερικός γιατρός ξαναδιάβασε την αξονική και είχαν κάνει τυπογραφικό λάθος, ήταν 0,85cm!!! Περιμένουμε ακόμα έστω μια συγνώμη... Far ... Axial chest to a lady after Covid, they wrote us for 8.5cm shade! After we did not sleep, an outpatient doctor re-read the axial and they had made a typo, it was 0.85cm !!! We are still waiting for at least an apology ...

Πολύ τυπικοί και ευγενικοί οι υπάλληλοι στην γραμματεία, με πήραν 1 ημέρα πρίν να μου υπενθυμίσουν το ραντεβού για την εξέταση.Ηταν απόλυτα ακριβείς στην ώρα του ραντεβού της εξέτασης χωρίς καθόλου καθυστέρηση και με ενημέρωσαν για τα αποτελέσματα μέσω e-mail εφόσον το ζήτησα. Πολλά συγχαρητήρια στην Ιατρό ακτινοδιαγνώστη κυρία Σταυρούλα Παπαευθυμίου για τον επαγελματισμό, το ήθος, την συμπεριφορά και την ευγένεια που διαθέτει.Είναι παράδειγμα προς μίμηση !! One of the best diagnostics I have visited !! The staff at the secretariat were very formal and polite, they took me 1 day before they reminded me of the appointment for the examination. They were absolutely accurate at the time of the examination appointment without any delay and they informed me about the results by e-mail if I requested it. Many congratulations to the radiologist Mrs. Stavroula Papaefthymiou for her professionalism, ethics, behavior and kindness. She is an example to imitate !!

Λεπτομέρεια: προ εβδομάδας ήρθαν συγγενικά μου πρόσωπα για rapid (ήμουν παρών) και μια ξανθιά κυρία έλαβε δείγμα από όλους μόνο από το 1 ρουθούνι. Σήμερα που χρειάστηκε να κάνω εγώ, ένας κύριος έλαβε και από τα 2. Μια λεπτομέρεια που όμως την προσέχει ο κόσμος και γι αυτό οι συγγενείς μου έκαναν το επαναληπτικό άλλου (που ήταν και πιο φθηνό να το πούμε και αυτό). Γι αυτό και τα 4 αστέρια. Στα μεγάλα συν ο ειδικός χώρος που ειναι ξεχωριστός και όχι στη reception οπως άλλου. Είμαι ευχαριστημένος. Polite and helpful. All good. Detail: a week ago my relatives came for rapid (I was present) and a blonde lady received a sample from everyone from only 1 nostril. Today, when I had to do it, a gentleman received from 2. A detail that people pay attention to and that is why my relatives did the repetition of another (which was also cheaper to say this). That's why all 4 stars. In the big plus the special space that is separate and not in the reception like any other. I am satisfied.
