★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöner Ort für heimliche Hobbyornithologen und die, die es noch werden wollen. Zu den Öffnungszeitendes Turms ist immer jemand da. Wir konnten zwar kein griechisch und die freundliche Dame kein Englisch oder Deutsch, aber wir konnten uns trotzdem verständigen. Vom Turm aus hat man einen einzigartigen Ausblick in die vogelwelt des aliakmos Nationalparks. Auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert. Wir haben dort etwa eine Stunde verbracht.
Very nice place for secret hobby ornithologists and those who want to become one. There is always someone at the tower opening hours. Although we could not speak Greek and the friendly lady no English or German, but we could still communicate. From the tower you have a unique view of the birdlife of aliakmos National Park. Definitely worth a visit. We spent about an hour there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μια αξιόλογη και χρήσιμη παρέμβαση μέσα στον υγρό βιότοπο του δέλτα του Αλιάκμονα και δίπλα στην λιμνοθάλασσα της Νέας Αγαθούπολης. Παρέχεται η δυνατότητα παρατήρησης της πανίδας με μονοκυαλια από τον δεύτερο όροφο. Το προσωπικό είναι πάντα πρόθυμο και ιδιαίτερα επεξηγηματικο. Γενικότερα η επίσκεψη στο παρατηρητήριο επιβάλλεται για κάθε φυσιολατρη.
A remarkable and useful intervention in the wet habitat of Aliakmonas delta and next to the lagoon of Nea Agathoupoli. It is possible to observe fauna with monokalya from the second floor. The staff are always willing and very informative. In general, the visit to the observatory is for every naturalist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ όμορφο μέρος και η διαδρομή από την Αγαθούπολη μέχρι το παρατηρητήριο συνιστάται! Έχεις θέα στο στις εκβολές του Αλιάκμονα και όχι μόνον. Η κυρία κατατοπιστική, ευγενική με πολλές πληροφορίες και διάθεση για ενημέρωση. Υπάρχουν δύο τηλεσκόπια και 3 ζευγάρια κυάλια για την παρατήρηση.
Very beautiful place and the route from Agathoupolis to the observatory is recommended! You have a view of the estuary of Aliakmonas and not only. The lady is informative, polite with a lot of information and willing to inform. There are two telescopes and 3 pairs of binoculars for observation.
