P	Panagiotis Kasimis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η αξιολογηση μου θα χωριστεί σε 2 σκέλη... Στην παροχή υπηρεσίας και στο "after sale" αν μπορεί να χαρακτηριστεί έτσι. Θα ξεκινήσω αναφέροντας πως η αφορμή για την επιλογή της συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία ήταν οι συστάσεις λόγω ενός μεγάλου έργου που είχε αναλάβει για ένα από τα μεγαλύτερα ξενοδοχεία της Αθήνας, γεγονός που αποτέλεσε και τον τρόπο να πιστοποιήσω την ποιότητα των υπηρεσιών τους. Α. Μου δόθηκε άμεσα λύση για τον τρόπο μεταφοράς και αποθήκευσης συνολικά του εξοπλισμού του σπιτιού μου για διάστημα 3 μηνών καθώς είχα μια μεγάλη ανακαίνιση. Τόσο οι κοπέλες στο λογιστήριο όσο και το συνεργείο ήταν άψογο στην όλη διαδικασία παραλαβής και αποθήκευσης καθώς δεν χρειάστηκε κυριολεκτικά να σηκώσω τίποτα. Β. Κατά την παραλαβή των επίπλων μου υπήρξε μια διαφορά στο τελικό ποσό πληρωμής την οποία και προσπέρασα καθώς ήταν αμελητέα. Επίσης ανακάλυψα φθορά στο κρεβάτι μου την οποία και προσπέρασα επίσης διότι είναι λογικό να υπάρξει και κάποια μικρή φθορά σε μια μετακόμιση. Αυτό όμως που με στεναχώρησε ιδιαίτερα είναι το γεγονός ότι δεν είχε αποθηκευτεί σωστά τηλεόραση 49 ιντσών η οποία και ανακάλυψα το βράδυ ότι είχε πιεστεί από τα δάχτυλα κάποιου κατά την μεταφορά με αποτέλεσμα να μην λειτουργεί και να δείχνει μόνο χρώματα που άπλωναν στην οθόνη. Όταν ζήτησα να βρούμε κάποια λύση ενώ με διαβεβαίωσαν πως θα τακτοποιηθεί το ζήτημα μου αν και τελικά δεν έγινε τίποτα. Ακολούθησε επίσκεψη από υπάλληλο της εταιρείας για να επιβεβαιώσει τη φθορά και μετά ξεκίνησε ο γολγοθάς της τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας. Στην τελευταία μου επικοινωνία με τον αρμόδιο υπάλληλο έλαβα την αποστομωτική απάντηση πως δεν είναι δικιά μου η εταιρεία και δεν μπορώ να κάνω κάτι. Να διευκρινήσω πως δεν ζήτησα ποτέ να αποζημιωθώ στο 100% του ποσού αλλά στην σημερινή αξία της τηλεόρασης. Αν και η εταιρεία μου έδωσε τη δυνατότητα ασφάλισης των πραγμάτων μου για την αποθήκευση τους στις αποθήκες τους δεν μου ζητήθηκε ασφάλιση με κάποιο χρηματικό ποσό για τη μεταφορά τους. Πράγμα που έκρινα πως δεν είναι και απαραίτητο δεδομένου ότι υπάρχει η σχετική φροντίδα κατά τη μεταφορά των πραγμάτων και αλίμονο αν χρειάζεται να τα ασφαλίζεις και για τη μεταφορά τους στη μεταφορική που αναλαμβάνει. Εν κατακλείδι αν έπρεπε να συστήσω σε κάποιον τη συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία τότε θα έλεγα ΝΑΙ για τη μεταφορά και αποθήκευση αλλά θα πρέπει να έχετε πάντα στα υπόψιν σας ότι σε περίπτωση φθοράς δεν θα πρέπει να περιμένετε χρηματική αποζημίωση ή αντικατάσταση. When I asked to find a solution while they assured me that my issue would be settled, although in the end nothing was done. This was followed by a visit from an employee of the company to confirm the damage and then the Golgotha of telephone communication began. p	phivos Palamidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μεταφορά εκτεταμένης οικοσκευής (148 κομμάτια, έπιπλα και κούτες) από την Αθήνα στο Παρίσι. Οι άνθρωποι, ιδιαίτερα φιλικοί και πρόθυμοι, ήρθαν λίγες μέρες πριν τα Χριστούγεννα του '21, φόρτωσαν τα πάντα, τα αποθήκευσαν (δωρεάν) για το διάστημα των εορτών και μού τα παρέδωσαν μετά τις γιορτές στο Παρίσι, χωρίς εγώ να κάνω το παραμικρό ! Ο οδηγός (κος Γιώργος) που έφτασε στο ραντεβού με ακρίβεια δευτερολέπτου, βιρτουόζος της μανούβρας -στο Παρίσι με Ντε Σεβώ δυσκολεύεσαι να στρίψεις, φανταστείτε με διπλή νταλίκα- ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικός και από τους πλέον πρόσχαρους ανθρώπους που έχω γνωρίσει ! Φρόντισε να φέρει και δύο νέους που ανέλαβαν μαζί του όλο το ξεφόρτωμα. Δεν έχω ακόμη ανοίξει όλα τα πακέτα αλλά και μόνο ότι έφτασαν άθικτα δύο μεγάλα μάρμαρα, κομμάτια παμπάλαιων επίπλων, με καθησυχάζει για τα υπόλοιπα. Στο τηλέφωνο, αρχής γενομένης από τον Κο Μπίστη, όλοι ευγενέστατοι ! Γενικά, εκεί που με είχε πνίξει το άγχος για την όλη επιχείρηση, εκείνοι φρόντισαν η όλη διαδικασία να μού φανεί παιχνιδάκι ! Το ποσό που μού ζήτησαν ήταν παραπάνω και από λογικό, ειδικά αν σκεφτεί κανείς ότι γέμισα μόνος μου όλη την ρυμούλκα της νταλίκας ! Συμπέρασμα: ήταν μια δύσκολη επιχείρηση που τελικά εξελίχθηκε, για 'μενα, σε απλό περίπατο. Ευχαριστώ πολύ όλους στην εταιρεία ! Κρίνοντας από την δική μου εμπειρία, τούς συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον έχει να αντιμετωπίσει παρόμοιες περιπέτειες, όπως μια τέτοια ασυνήθιστη μετακόμιση. However they even forgot the crowbar outside with the paint on it! They have been dodging my emails and calls since... The consultant that I dealt with was also super rude, disrespectful and dishonest, I won’t mention names but I’m sure he knows who he is!
