G	GWGW KYRIAKOPOULOU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις 31 Μαϊου 2022 επισκέπτομαι το κατάστημα Γκότσης στη Μεζωνος με σκοπό να επιστρέψω ένα βιβλίο από τον Εύδοξο. Είχα μιλήσει στο τηλέφωνο με έναν κύριο ο οποίος μου είχε πει να περάσω απόγευμα αρκεί να βρίσκονται εκεί. Έτσι εκείνη τη μέρα πηγαίνω στο βιβλιοπωλείο. Εργαζόταν (ας πούμε) μια κυρία ξανθιά, φορούσε γυαλιά και ηταν εύσωμη. Μπαίνω στο καταστημα μαζί με μια φιλη μου, λέμε καλησπερα, πλησιάζει η υπαλληλος (κυρία δεν μπορώ να την χαρακτηρίσω) άκρως ειρωνική και αγενείς από την αρχή. Της εξηγώ το πρόβλημα μέχρι ένα σημείο όπου με διακόπτει λέγοντας μου "κι γω τι θες να κάνω κοπέλα μου; Αρχικά να το πας στις διανομές, όχι εδώ. Τι δουλειά έχει αυτό το βιβλίοπωλείο;" Της εξηγώ ότι έχω μιλήσει με ένα κύριο κτλ κτλ και με αγενή τρόπο με διακόπτει ξανά και επαναλαμβάνει "είναι μέχρι τις 18.00 ανοιχτά" (ενώ εγώ είχα παει όχι στις διανομές στις 18.30) Δεν με άφηνε να της μιλήσω. Αρχίζει και μου λέει όλη τη διαδικασία με τον Εύδοξο ενώ προηγουμένως της είχα ζητήσει να μου πει τι να κάνω τελικά. Την αφήνω να τελειώσει το μονόλογο και της λέω "θα μπορούσατε να είστε πιο ευγενική και όχι ειρωνική με τον κόσμο. Σας ρωτάω κάτι που δεν ξέρω. Ευχαριστώ γεια σας." Η κυρία παράλληλα με τη φωνή μου έλεγε κοπελίτσα μου δεν είμαι ειρωνική, και κοπέλα μου απλά σου εξηγώ. Καθώς την ευχαρίστησα κακώς φυσικά, της γύρισα την πλάτη να φύγω κι φώναξε μέσα σε όλο το κατάστημα "Δεν χρειάζεται να με ευχαριστείς καθόλου". Σήμερα 14 Ιουνίου 2022 και ώρα 9.10 πμ καλω στο ίδιο κατάστημα να ρωτήσω ξανά για το βιβλίο. Το καινούργιο που έχει προκύψει είναι ενώ ο Εύδοξος μας ενημερώνει ότι μέχρι 15/6 μπορούμε να επιστρέψουμε βιβλία διαφορετικά έπειτα τα πάμε στη βιβλιοθήκη, η βιβλιοθήκη λέει ότι κάτι τέτοιο δεν ισχύει και να επιστρέψουμε το βιβλίο στο βιβλιοπωλείο μέχρι τις 15 αλλιώς αν δεν προλάβουμε μετά τις 26 στη βιβλιοθήκη. Το τηλέφωνό το σήκωσε η ίδια υπαλληλος καθώς ο αγενής τόνος της φωνής της είναι χαρακτηριστικός πια. Της εξηγώ τα παραπάνω και μου λέει " κι γω τι θες να κάνω; Πρόβλημασου αν πήρες βιβλίο που δεν δικαιούσαι." Μετά άφου μου εξήγησε για άλλη μια φορά όλη τη διαδικασία με τον Εύδοξο, τελικά της το έκλεισα στα μούτρα γιατί τόση αγένεια δεν αντέχεται σε μια δόση. Λαθος της διεύθυνσης του Γκότση που έχει ως προσωπικό τέτοιους ανθρώπους. Γι'αυτό το λόγο το βιβλιοπωλείο έχει τη χειρότερη φήμη. Ούτε ένα αστεράκι στο βιβλιοπωλείο αν μπορούσα. Ωστοσο να πω ότι το αντίστοιχο βιβλιοπωλείο στο πανεπιστήμιο Πατρών έχει πολύ καλό προσωπικό, ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό που θέλει να σε εξυπηρετήσει και του αρέσει η δουλειά του κει η επικοινωνία με τον κόσμο. On May 31, 2022 I visit the Gotsis store in Mezonos in order to return a book by Eudoxus. I had talked on the phone with a gentleman who had told me to spend the afternoon as long as they were there. So that day I go to the bookstore. She worked (say) a blonde lady, wore glasses and was tall. I enter the store with a friend of mine, we say good evening, the clerk approaches (lady I can not describe her) extremely ironic and rude from the beginning. I explain the problem to her to a point where she interrupts me by saying "and I know what do you want me to do my girlfriend? First take it to the distributors, not here. What business does this bookstore have?" I explain to her that I have spoken to a gentleman etc etc and in a rude way she interrupts me again and repeats "it is open until 18.00" (while I had not gone to the distributions at 18.30) She would not let me talk to her. She starts and tells me the whole process with Eudoxus while I had previously asked her to tell me what to do in the end. I let her finish the monologue and tell her "you could be kinder and not ironic to people. I'm asking you something I do not know. Thank you hello." The lady next to my voice was saying my girl I am not ironic, and my girl I just explain to you. As I thanked her badly of course, I turned my back on her to leave and she shouted throughout the store "You don't have to thank me at all". Today, June 14, 2022, at 9.10 am, I call the same store to ask again about the book. What is new is that while Eudoxus informs us that until 15/6 we can return books differently then we take them to the library, the library says that this is not the case and return the book to the bookstore until 15 otherwise if we do not arrive later at 26 in the library. The phone was picked up by the employee herself as the rude tone of her voice is characteristic now. I explain the above to her and she says "what do you want me to do? Wait if you got a book that you are not entitled to." After she explained to me once again the whole process with Eudoxus, I finally closed it in her face because so much rudeness can not stand a dose. Error in the management of Gotsi who has such people as his staff. That's why the bookstore has the worst reputation. Not a single star in the bookstore if I could. However, I must say that the corresponding bookstore at the University of Patras has very good staff, polite and helpful who wants to serve you and likes his work and communication with the world.
