★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλια εξυπηρέτηση και πολύ αγενής το αφεντικό.Είμαι φοιτητής και έστειλα μεταφορική να παραλάβει κάποια συγγράμματα .Ενα απο αυτά δεν είχε έρθει ενώ μου είπαν ότι θα το έχουν και ενώ είχα ενημερώσει για την παραλαβή απο τον κούριερ εκείνοι στείλανε τα υπόλοιπα και δεν με ενημέρωσαν όπως είχα ζητήσει ενώ είχα αφήσει τηλέφωνο.Πήρα τηλέφωνο το κατάστημα και παραπονέθηκα και άκουσα το αφεντικό να λέει στον υπάλληλο "ενταξει κλείστου το τηλέφωνο τώρα πολλά είπε",εγώ το άκουσα και ζήτησα να μιλήσω με το αφεντικό το οποίο μου είπε ότι έχουν και δουλείες και δεν μπορούν να κάθονται να ασχολούνται μαζί μου και να στείλω μείλ ...στο οποίο προφανώς με γράφουν...ΑΝ ΜΠΟΡΟΥΣΑ ΝΑ ΜΗΝ ΒΆΛΩ ΚΑΝΕΝΑ ΑΣΤΕΡΙ ΘΑ ΤΟ ΕΚΑΝΑ!
Poor service and very rude boss. I am a student and I sent a transporter to pick up some books. I called while I was leaving the phone. Με διώξανε από το μαγαζί επειδή απλά κοιτούσα το εμπόρευμα με τη φράση " αν δεν θες να αγοράσεις κάτι βγες έξω" ενώ η παρέα μου έπαιρνε βιβλία από τον Εύδοξο.
Εν τω μεταξύ έχει ταμπέλα έως 20 άτομα.
Μέσα δεν ήταν ούτε 10 άτομα και κανένας στην αναμονή.
Ο παππούς τα προγγουμε έτη ήταν πιο εξυπηρετικός.
Ο νέος υπάλληλος πολύ αγενής.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ειρωνική και κακή σε εξυπηρέτηση η ιδιοκτήτρια του μαγαζιού. Μας είπε ότι φταίμε κιόλας για τρία χαρτιά που ήταν να σκανάρει και δεν κατάλαβε η ίδια τι πρέπει να κάνει και άλλα έκανε. Λυπάμαι γιατί ήμουν χρόνια πελάτης αλλά μετά το σημερινό δεν πρόκειται να ξαναπάω. Δεν μετράει ΜΟΝΟ η ποιότητα ενός μαγαζιού δυστυχώς...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όπως είπα και για το κεντρικό κατάστημα ότι δεν πρέπει να συμμετέχει στο πρόγραμμα του ΟΑΕΔ για τις επιταγές βιβλίων το ίδιο έχω να αναφέρω και για εδώ.
Ενώ στην αρχή προθυμοποιήθηκαν να μου παραγγείλουν τα βιβλία που δεν είχαν διαθέσιμα στο κατάστημα μόλις αναφέρθηκα στις επιταγές βιβλίων άλλαξε εντελώς το ύφος της εξυπηρέτησης.
Μου είπαν ότι με τις επιταγές μπορώ να πάρω μόνο ότι υπάρχει στο κατάστημα.
Μάλιστα ενώ είχα διαλέξει 2-3 βιβλία και είχα φάει όλο μου το χρόνο εκεί μου είπαν ότι επειδή παίρνει ώρα η διαδικασία για τις επιταγές (η οποία εν τέλει διαπίστωσα ότι είναι υπόθεση ενός λεπτού) να τα αφήσω και να πάω να τα παραλάβω την επόμενη μέρα.
