(Διόρθωση! Δεν το γνώριζα οτι έχει αλλάξει το ωράριο τν καταστημάτων λόγω covid, θα αλλάξω την αξιολόγηση).
 If k says it opens at 8 from what I was informed from next door shop opens 10 ..
(Correction! I did not know that the opening hours of the stores have changed due to covid, I will change the rating).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μπορεί να έχει τα πάντα αλλά κάθε τρία δευτερόλεπτα σε ρωτάνε εάν μπορούν να σε εξυπηρετήσουν που καταντάει κουραστικό. Επιπλέον μάλλον κάποια κλοπή έχει συμβεί στο μαγαζί γιατί αλλιώς δεν δικαιολογείται το ύφος του υπεύθυνου που τους βλέπει όλους για κλέφτες.
Δεν νομίζω να ξαναπάω ...δεν αισθάνομαι χαρούμενη να ψωνίζω εκεί
It may have everything but every three seconds they ask you if they can serve you which becomes tedious. In addition, probably a theft has occurred in the store because otherwise the style of the person in charge who sees them all as thieves is not justified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μπορεί να έχει τα πάντα αλλά η συμπεριφορά του υπεύθυνου είναι επιεικώς απαράδεκτη. Σε κοιτάζει και σε ακολουθεί παντού θεωρώντας πως θα κλέψεις κάτι. Σε κάνει να νιώθεις περίεργα και άβολα. Σίγουρα δεν το προτείνω το κατάστημα, άλλωστε οτιδήποτε έχει μπορεί να το βρει κάποιος και σε άλλα βιβλιοπωλεία και να έχει μια ωραία εμπειρία από τις αγορές του. Το συμπέρασμα προτιμήστε κατάστηματα που σέβονται τον πελάτη.
He may have everything but the behavior of the person in charge is indulgently unacceptable. He looks at you and follows you everywhere, thinking that you will steal something. It makes you feel strange and uncomfortable. I definitely do not recommend the store, after all anything you have can be found in other bookstores and have a nice experience of shopping. Conclusion Prefer stores that respect the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η αξιολόγηση αφορά το after sales της εν λόγω εταιρείας η οποία αποτελεί επιεικως απαράδεκτη!
Επικοινώνησα μαζί τους μέσω e-mail σχεδόν πριν από έναν μήνα σχετικά με το προιόν δηλώνοντάς τους ότι δυσλειτουργεί και πως μπορώ να προχωρήσω σχετικά με την εγγύηση.
Δεν μου απάντησαν πότε.
Στην συνέχεια τους κάλεσα και μου είπαν ότι έχουν λάβει το μήνυμά μου και το έχουν προωθήσει σε κάποιον υπεύθυνο.
Δεν έλαβα ποτέ απάντηση και στην συνέχεια επικοινώνησα με την εταιρεία η οποία μου έιπε εντός ημερών, οτι μπορεί να μου αντικαταστήσει το προιόν άμεσα αρκεί να της στείλω μήνυμα στο οποίο το κάτστημα να δηλώνει αδυναμία εξυπηρέτησής μου.
Τους κάλεσα λέγοντας αν μπορείτε να μου στείλετε ένα τέτοιο μήνυμα έστω (μη έχοντας λάβει καμία απάντηση τους) και η κοπέλα πολύ πρόθυμη να μου πει οτι γνωρίζει την κατάσταση και το πρόβλημα, μου απάντησε "ναι" και στην συνέχεια δεν έστειλε τίποτα.
Βασικές ένοιες και επικοινωνίας οι οποίες φαίνεται να λείπουν από το τμήμα πωλήσεων.
The evaluation concerns the after sales of this company which is indulgently unacceptable!
I contacted them via email almost a month ago about the product stating that it is malfunctioning and that I can proceed with the warranty.
They did not answer me when.
Then I called them and they told me that they have received my message and forwarded it to someone in charge.
I never received a reply and then I contacted the company which told me within days that it could replace my product immediately as long as I send her a message in which the store declares my inability to serve.
I called them saying if you can send me such a message at least (having not received any response from them) and the girl very willing to tell me that she knows the situation and the problem, she answered "yes" and then did not send anything.
Basic concepts and communication that seem to be missing from the sales department.
