Στο πανηγύρι του Αγίου Ιωάννη του Προδρόμου που πραγματοποιήται 29 Αυγούστου γίνεται διανομή της παραδοσιακής φάβας σε όλους τους επισκέπτες του χωριού. The monastery of Agios Ioannis Prodromos, built in 1789 by the Municipality of Zoupaniotis, with its unique frescoes, the chapel of Athos and the three-aisled royal church of Zoodohos Pigi which was built in 1725 and is found in the central square of the village. One of the most beautiful events of the village takes place during the celebration of the Holy Monastery of St. John the Baptist. At the feast of Agios Ioannis Prodromos that takes place on 29 August, the traditional fava is distributed to all the visitors of the village.
