★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best tattoo and piercing parlor in Athens. The owners are efficient, knowledgeable, and always professional. They don't pressure you and let you take your time. The prices are great, especially compared to the US (it was 20 euros to pierce my eyebrow). Also there is a jewelry store nearby called All About It that Black Dahlia partners with, so you can get discounts by getting your jewelry there. I have taken many friends here for piercings and tattoos, and we've been pleased with them each time- 10 piercings and counting collectively!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We randomly stopped in for tattoos. We had to wait as there were appointments before us. The guys were helpful and patient and even tried assisting with tattoo ideas. Min of 40 euro for tattoos seemed reasonable. Only questionable thing here was despite knowing of our plans to island hop in the upcoming days, it wasnt until after the tattooing that we were told of the strong suggestions to stay out of the water.
