Η καθυστέρηση στην διανομή ήταν συνήθως 30 λεπτά, ωστόσο επειδή ο καφές ήταν πολύ καλός εξακολουθούσα να είμαι πελάτισσα.. Σήμερα έκανα παραγγελία μέσω εφαρμογής ένα καφέ και ένα ντόνατ . Στην εφαρμογή έδειχνε μέσος χρόνος αναμονής 33 λεπτά και η παραγγελία έσκασε μετά από 55 λεπτα! Μόλις έλαβα την παραγγελία διαπίστωσα ότι το ντόνατ δεν ήταν αυτό που είχα ζητήσει. Κάλεσα το κατάστημα να εκφράσω τα παράπονα μου για το ότι περίμενα σχεδόν μια ώρα για να λάβω ένα λάθος προϊόν. Η υπάλληλος ήταν αγενεστατη και απλά μου είπε και χλιαρό τρόπο ότι θα δει τι θα κάνει. Δεν αναφερε ότι θα διορθώσει την παραγγελία. Την ρώτησα τι εννοεί και της είπα ότι πρέπει να φύγω και δεν μπορώ να περιμένω άλλη μια ώρα για να έρθει το σωστό προϊόν. Απαίτησα να μου επιστραφούν τα χρήματα και μου είπε ότι θα στείλει τον διανομέα να παραλάβει το λάθος ντονατ και θα μου γυρίσουν πίσω τα χρήματα! Οπως καταλαβαίνετε περίμενα μια ώρα τσάμπα! Θεωρώ πως είναι ξεκάθαρος ο μηδαμινός επαγγελματισμός αλλά και το ότι δεν τηρούνται οι κανόνες υγιεινής και ενα παραπάνω σε περιοδο πανδημίας. Προτιμουν να θυσιάσουν την εικόνα τους σαν μαγαζί από το να χάσουν 1.5 ευρώ! Όλοι καταλαβαίνουμε ότι αυτό το ντόνατ που έπιασα εγώ έστω και λίγο με τα χέρια μου ενδεχομενως θα πάει στα χέρια ενός άλλου ανυποψιαστου πελατη! Εν μέσω κοροινοιου! Επειδή δεν έβγαζα άκρη με το αγενεστατο προσωπικό, το οποίοι μου έκλεισε το τηλ και στην μούρη, ήρθα σε επικοινωνία με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών της εφαρμογής προκειμένου να μεσολαβήσουν να μου έρθει το σωστό προϊόν . Εκεί έμαθα πως τελικά το προϊόν που ήθελα δεν υπήρχε εξαρχής και για αυτό χωρίς να με ενημερώσουν πήραν από μόνοι τους την πρωτοβουλία να μου φέρουν κάτι αλλο! Τα επιπλέον λόγια είναι περιττά. Μια επιχείρηση δεν διατηρείται απλά κοιτώντας τους πελάτες σαν ευρώ! Χρειάζεται ήθος, επαγγελματισμός, ευγένεια και κατανόηση προς τον πελατη. Κάτι το οποίο το προσωπικό του συγκεκριμένου καταστήματος δεν διαθέτει. Το μόνο που έχω να κάνω είναι να ενημερώσω το υγειονομικό τίποτα άλλο. In this store I have been ordering almost every day for seven months. The delay in delivery was usually 30 minutes, however because the coffee was very good I was still a customer. Today I ordered a coffee and a donut through an app. The application showed an average waiting time of 33 minutes and the order expired after 55 minutes! As soon as I received the order, I found that the donut was not what I had asked for. I called the store to complain that I waited almost an hour to receive the wrong product. The clerk was very rude and just told me in a warm way that she would see what she would do. He did not say he would correct the order. I asked her what she meant and told her I had to leave and I couldn't wait another hour for the right product to come. I demanded that my money be refunded and he told me that he would send the distributor to receive the wrong donut and my money would be refunded! As you can see, I've been waiting for an hour! I think that the lack of professionalism is clear, but also that the rules of hygiene and one more thing are not observed in a period of pandemic. They prefer to sacrifice their image as a store than to lose 1.5 euros! We all understand that this donut that I caught even a little with my hands will probably go into the hands of another unsuspecting customer! In the middle of a crown! Because I didn't get along with the rude staff, who turned off my phone and the berry, I contacted the customer service of the application in order for them to mediate for me to get the right product. There I learned that in the end the product I wanted did not exist from the beginning and that is why without informing me, they took the initiative to bring me something else! The extra words are unnecessary. A business is not maintained simply by looking at customers as euros! It takes ethics, professionalism, courtesy and understanding of the customer. Something that the staff of this store does not have. All I have to do is inform the health care provider.
