Η γιατρός είναι πολύ επικοινωνιακή, πλήρως καταρτισμένη και ενημερωμένη με πολλά χρόνια ειδίκευσης στην Γερμανία. Είναι πολύ επεξηγηματική και με απλό και κατανοητό τρόπο εξηγεί την θεραπεία που πρέπει να ακολουθήσει ο ασθενής. Είναι οργανωμένη για την θεραπεία του ασθενούς (δίνει γραπτές σημειώσεις για την θεραπεία) και δείγματα προϊόντων και είναι ειλικρινής στην σχέση της με τον ασθενή.
