★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτο! Μην κανετε το λαθος να πατε, θα χασετε χρονο, χρημα και ειναι κριμα να χαλασουν οι διακοπες σας! Το μερος ειναι απαραδεκτο και ακομη χειροτεροι οικοδεσποτες! Το σπιτι ειναι αχουρι, λειπουν πορτες απο τα δωματια, air condition εχουν τα μισα δωματια, ειναι πενταβρομικο. Πηγαμε και οταν ζητησαμε να καθαριστει το σπιτι μας ειπαν να παμε να αγορασουμε απορρυπαντικα να το καθαρισουμε! Ζητησαμε τα λεφτα μας πισω και φυγαμε αρρων αρρων. Μακρυά! Οτι χειροτερο εχω βιωσει οπου κι αν εχω παει!
Unacceptable! Do not make the mistake of going, you will lose time, money and it is a pity to spoil your vacation! The place is unacceptable and even worse hosts! The house is thatched, there are no doors from the rooms, half of the rooms have air conditioning, it is pentavromic. We went and when we asked for the house to be cleaned we were told to go and buy detergents to clean it! We asked for our money back and left. Away! The worst I have experienced wherever I have gone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ επιεικώς απαράδεκτο. Φθάσαμε στο κατάλυμα την ώρα που μας ζήτησαν ΥΠΟΤΙΘΕΤΑΙ για να προλάβουν να καθαρίσουν και να απολυμάνουν , για να καταλήξουμε να βρούμε ένα σπίτι βρώμικο. Τουαλέτες ακαθάριστες , τρίχες στα υπνοδωμάτια και σκόνη κι άμμο στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους. Παρόλα αυτά (επειδή είχαμε τα 2 παιδιά μας μαζί) , προθυμοποιήθηκα να καθαρίσω το χώρο για να γίνει βιώσιμος. Ζήτησα σκούπα και χλωρίνη την οποία μου είπαν πως κανονικά θα έπρεπε να πάω να πάρω μόνη μου αλλά ΧΑΤΙΡΙΚΑ μας έφεραν και δε μας τη χρεώνουν . Επίσης μας είπαν ότι από εκείνη τη στιγμή κι έπειτα να μην τους ξαναενοχλήσουμε γιατί δεν πρόκειται να μας απαντήσουν στο τηλέφωνο. Να επισημάνω πως τους εξοφλήσαμε με μετρητά με την άφιξή μας μετά από απαίτησή τους. Επίθσης όλη η "ενόχληση" που τους κάναμε ήταν με "με συγχωρείτε για την ενόχληση..."
Είμασταν ευγενέστατοι και με όλη την πρόθεση να το εκλάβουμε ως ένα ατυχές συμβάν από την "υποτιθέμενη" καθαρίστρια ... αλλά να σου φέρουν χατιρικά και χωρίς χρέωση χλωρίνη για να καθαρίσεις 100 τετραγωνικά στις διακοπές σου και να στη λένε κιόλας ... παραπάει . Μακάρι να υπήρχε βαθμολογία με μείον .
mildly unacceptable. We arrived at the accommodation at the time they asked us SUPPOSED to have time to clean and disinfect, to end up finding a house dirty. Dirty toilets, hair in the bedrooms and dust and sand in the common areas. Nevertheless (because we had our 2 children together), I was willing to clean up the space to make it sustainable. I asked for a broom and bleach which I was told I would normally have to go and get on my own but they BROKEN us and they do not charge us. They also told us not to bother them again from that moment on because they were not going to answer the phone. Let me point out that we paid them in cash upon our arrival upon their request. Also all the "annoyance" we did to them was with "forgive me for the annoyance ..."
We were very kind and with all the intention to take it as an unfortunate incident from the "supposed" cleaner ... but to bring you bleach and free of charge to clean 100 square meters on your vacation and to tell her ... she stumbles. I wish there was a score with minus.
