 Excellent, welcoming and modern! I highly recommend the flower remedies and reflexology sessions, which are done by a trained professional, affordable and human. You will find professionalism and humor in the right doses in this beautiful place in the center of Athens!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου φτιάχνει η διάθεση καθε φορά που πηγαίνω! Χώρος πολυ φιλόξενος και καθαρός. Ωραιοι άνθρωποι, καταρτισμένοι instructors. Κάνω πιλάτες με την Στέλλα, η οποία μας προσέχει όλ@, φροντιζει να εναλλάσσει το ασκησιολόγιο και δεν βαριέμαι ποτε!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best studio in Athens! I feel super comfortable with my physical skills, my body and I am having super fun! All the teachers are skilled, kind and friendly! Full schedule with a lot of choices, from ballet classes to pilates, voguing, body art and reflexology. Place for self care and fun :)
