★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never get the same person dying my hair, so it's always a different color. The receptionist or the owner in the front are NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!. My husband got a haircut. from the male hair dresser. It was HORRIBLE. I'll give a 2 star just because the girls upstairs do an OK job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a haircut there four times in the last two years. Most of the hairdressers are very skilled with some exceptions. A male hairdresser that I was booked with, did exceptional job the last time as he did last year! Therefore, I will try to book with him in the future! Unfortunately, they increased the price almost 35% compared to January 2020. Generally I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. My girlfriend went to cut her hair and the service is very unprofessional. It is a “fast food” hairdresser. If you want to be taken care of as a client, do not visit this establishment. If you are looking for a fast cheap haircut go here.
After applying a treatment product to my girlfriend’s hair that is supposed to stay 5 minutes, they left it on for at least 20 minutes !!! Afterwards they proceeded to wash it and after washing it the hairdresser proceeded to cut another client’s hair (they accept more appointments than they can handle $$$), leaving my girlfriend for a very long time, so long that her hair dried on its own until the hairdresser came back !!!!!! When she finally came back, she cut her hair in 5 minutes without even checking if the length is the same in both sides or not.
To add to this, the establishment is dirty and they do not respect hygienic procedures, using the same brush for all the clients without cleaning it and having hairs from previous clients on the chairs.
Do not recommend !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
