Δεν ζήτησα να καλυφθούν στην εγγύηση αλλά παρόλο που καθυστέρησε η διαδικασία τελικά παρέλαβα με courier 4 και χωρίς καμία χρέωση!! We bought a crib and broke two boards under the mattress. I did not ask for them to be covered by the guarantee but although the process was delayed, I finally received it by courier 4 and without any charge !!

Το προσωπικό ανταποκριθηκε άμεσα στο αίτημα μου και η παράδοση ταχύτατη. I bought a vacuum cleaner a few days ago. I had to contact you by mail as I wanted to change the address. The staff responded immediately to my request and the delivery was very fast.

The store works with the worst courier company. No matter how good the product is, unfortunately the inconvenience is too great for the recipient.

Είχα πλήρη εικόνα για την πορεία της παραγγελίας μου, πήρα την απόδειξη μου στο mail μου. Και όταν χρειάστηκα κάποιες διευκρινίσεις για το προϊόν , Μου έστειλαν mail από το αρμόδιο τμήμα με ότι χρειαζόμουν! Μπράβο σας !!! I received a product last week, and I would just like to tell you that it is difficult to impossible to find in Greece such immediacy and such good service. I had a complete picture of the progress of my order, I got my receipt in my mail. And when I needed some clarifications for the product, they sent me an email from the competent department with whatever I needed! Well done !!!

Βέβαια κανεις δεν ξέρει αν στο μέλλον εμφανιστεί κάποιο πρόβλημα στο προϊόν αλλά γιαυτό υπάρχει και η εγγύηση και πιστεύω ότι ακόμα και σε αυτή την περίπτωση θα έχω την ανάλογη μεταχείριση όπως αρμόζει σε ένα μαγαζί που σέβεται τον πελάτη του.
