★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση, στο τηλέφωνο η κυρία μου είπε χαρακτηριστικά . Είπα και εγώ να μην της χαλάσω το χατήρι. Τους πλήρωσα 96 ευρώ για μία συνεδρία με το επαναληπτικό και λόγο lockdown μου είπαν οτι έχασα το επαναληπτικό χωρίς καμία διάθεση να βρεθεί μια λύση. Σκόπευα να κάνω full body laser κόστους 700 ευρώ και δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να το κάνω εκεί. Αγενέστατη η κυρία μου είπε οτι δεν υπάρχει καμία κάλυψη για τον πελάτη και οτι απλώς χάνει τα λεφτά του. Ωραία πολιτική καταστήματος ..Μετά αναρωτιούνται γιατί δεν έχουν πελάτες.
Unacceptable service, on the phone my lady said characteristically . I also said not to spoil her luck. I paid them 96 euros for one session with the replay and because of the lockdown they told me that I lost the replay without any inclination to find a solution. I intended to do a full body laser costing 700 euros and there is no way I can do it there. The most rude lady told me that there is no coverage for the client and that he is just losing his money. Nice store policy ..Then they wonder why they do not have customers.
