-Αρχικά ο χώρος είναι πεντακάθαρος, περιποιημένος και οργανωμένος, με ποικιλία αξεσουάρ για τις ασκήσεις και καθαρά, ασφαλή αποδυτήρια.
-Οι γυμναστές όλοι τους επαγγελματίες, κατατοπιστικοί για τον τεχνική ασκήσεων και πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν.
- Ποικιλία προγραμμάτων για κάθε γούστο και κάθε επίπεδο ανθρώπου.
Μετά απ' καιρό βρήκα γυμναστήριο να με καλύπτει!
Μπράβο σε όλα τα παιδιά για την προσπάθεια τους!
Everything in the gym is great.
Initially the space is spotless, tidy and organized, with a variety of accessories for exercises and clean, safe locker rooms.
-The gymnasts are all professionals, knowledgeable about the exercise technique and willing to help.
- Variety of programs for every taste and every level of person.
After a while I found a gym to cover me!
Well done to all the children for their effort!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am grateful to the entire team at Body Challenge for a fantastic summer full of challenging and inspiring workouts.
I loved my time at this gym so much after my first month that I extended my stay in Athens (twice!) and deliberately chose accommodation near to their location.
The gym is very clean, spotless, and well-organized. It felt like every trainer went out of their way to learn my name, get to know me, and say hi whenever possible. The different styles of classes are perfect - Cross Training really got me sweating, and I discovered a love for Calisthenics and working on my hand stand.
As an English speaker, I always felt welcome and trainers were very good at translating the lessons for me. Instruction felt safe and also I was challenged to step out of my comfort zone with many exercises - which really paid off. Other gym members were also very friendly and welcoming!
I really feel I lucked out finding Body Challenge. I burned so many calories, I was eating whatever I wanted and still managed to get back into my pre-covid shape. Joining this gym was hands down my favourite thing I did during my summer in Athens - I've got two weeks left before my return to Canada and I am already missing it!
